INSTRUCTIONS
Charging Instructions:
1. Plug one end of the micro-USB cable into the charging port of the wireless
Bluetooth
®
receiver located inside the headband. Plug the other end of the cable
into the USB port on your computer.
2. While charging, there will be a solid red light next to the raised button in the center
of the wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver.
3. When fully charged, it will change to a solid green light.
Pairing Instructions:
1. Before pairing, fully charge your SleepPhones
®
Wireless headphones.
2. Place your Bluetooth
®
device within 3 feet (1 meter) of your SleepPhones
®
.
3. Find the button on the wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver located inside the headband.
4. Press and hold for 5 seconds. Your SleepPhones
®
will announce, “Power on, ready
to pair.”
5. Your SleepPhones
®
will prompt you to connect to your Bluetooth
®
enabled music
device and provide a PIN code.
6. Navigate to the Bluetooth
®
connections menu on your device. (Consult the user’s
manual for pairing instructions for your device.)
7. Perform the pairing procedure on your Bluetooth
®
device to automatically detect
SleepPhones
®
.
8. [SleepPhones] will appear. Select [SleepPhones] to add it to the list of synced
devices and input the PIN code, if required.
9. Your SleepPhones
®
will announce, “Pairing complete.”

Operating Instructions:
1. Click the button on the wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver to change the volume. The
volume will cycle up and down in 10% increments.
2. Double-click the button to pause the music. Double click to resume playing music.
3. To turn the device off, press and hold the button for 2 seconds. A voice will
announce, “Power off.”
Troubleshooting:
1. Check the volume on your Bluetooth
®
device.
2. Check the volume on the wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver located inside the headband.
3. Make sure that the wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver is charged.
4. Refer to your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth
®
device manual.
5. While charging, if you do not see a green or red light on the wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver, use your hand to block out light and look closely. It may be dim through
the fabric.
6. To improve reception, the button on the gray square Bluetooth receiver should
point away from the head. Also make sure that the antennae of your music player is
not covered.
If your Bluetooth
®
device is separated from your SleepPhones
®
Wireless headphones for
more than 5 minutes, the headphones will automatically power off. Not all applications or
software support Bluetooth
®
.
CARE AND WASHING
Remove speakers before washing fleece headband. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry
medium. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean. Avoid fabric softeners because they reduce
wicking.
Insert the speakers when the band is dry. The right speaker is red and the left speaker is
green. The white side should be against your ears. Insert speakers about four inches, then
insert the gray wireless Bluetooth
®
receiver before closing the Velcro
®
. Adjust for fit.
