Step 1. Insidetheboxyouwillndtwoseparateboxes.Thelargerofthetwocontains
thegrinderandthePortaHolder(ifapplicable).Theothercontainsthehopper,
lid,groundsbin,burrremovaltool,andcalibrationtool.
Step 2. Removethegrinderfromtheboxbyliftingtheplasticbagandpullingstraight
up.
IMPORTANT! For grinders with scales, the weight platform (scale) is fragile,
and can be damaged by excess weight or force. Be gentle. Do NOT press down
on it.
Step 3. Withthehopperlidinplace,mountthehopperonthegrinderbyliningupthe
twosmalltabsatthebaseofthehopperwiththetwoslotsinsidethecollar.
Turnthehopperclockwiseuntilitlocksintoposition(expecttoapplyforce).
Step 4. Pluginthegrinder.Addbeans,insertthegroundsbin.AdjusttheMacroand
Microsettingforthepreferredbrewingmethod.Macro grind adjustments
should be made while the unit is running.SeeTablebelowforsuggested
settings.
