mightnotbeconnectedtointernet.Whenappliances
otherthanaPCaretobeconnectedtoInternet,

app,andthencongurethesettingsbyfollowingthe
instructionsonthescreen.
Registering your product to the SmartThings app

Settings app,selectthewireless network (Wi-Fi)to

Troubleshooting
Connection After installing the SmartThings app, Samsung SMART READY appliance is not
connected to the app.
ConnecttheSamsungSMARTREADYappliancetoawirelessrouterbeforeusingtheapp.
The SSID connection to the product is not made immediately.
IftheconnectionislostwhentheproductisinAPmode,disablethe"Smartnetworkswitch"
functiononyoursmartphoneandtryagain.
The product is not connected to a wireless router.
MakesurethattheSSID(name)ofthewirelessrouterisacombinationofEnglishandnumeric
characters.WhentheSSIDcontainsanyspecialcharacters,changeitsname.

Connection The product is not connected at the server registration step.
Afteraccessingtheroutersettingspage,disabletherewalloftherouterandtryitagain.
