Installation Instructions
Billet Gas Door
Part No. 75001, 75007, 85001, 85007- 2007-10 Jeep Wrangler 2dr and
4dr non-locking and locking gas door.
Parts List:
1- Gas Door
2- Keys for locking version
4-#4 x 0.25” Self tapping SS Phillips flat head screws (4 Extra included)
Tools Needed
Phillips screwdriver
Installation:
1) Place gas door over filler opening so the door opens toward the front of vehicle.
See fig. 1
2) Apply firm constant pressure to keep gas door against the side of the vehicle. Begin inserting
the first screw (#4 x 0.25” Self tapping SS Phillips flat head screws) using the top hole of the
door, then proceed in a clockwise manner to the next hole. See Fig 2. The screw will
penetrate the plastic housing directly in the center of the ring. Do not over tighten.
