1. Fold both legs of the microswitches into the recesses and cut about one third of the length of the contacts.
2. Place the microswitches in the housing with the contacts facing inwards. Place the housing on a cardboard plate in such a way that the microswitches are
clear of the surface and are not pressed inward.
3. Using a toothpick, apply a quick-drying glue (superglue) to the location of the red arrows.
4. Insert the plug of the microswitches into the “switch” connector of the LED display.
5. Place the LED display in the housing and glue it with hot melt at the locations indicated by the 5 green arrows.
6. Cut the wires for the microswitches to length.
NB! Red/black is connected to microswitch 1. Green/white to microswitch 2. This order is important!
7. Strip the wires and tin them as well as the contacts of the microswitches.

8. Solder the wires to the contacts of the microswitches.
9. Carefully remove the heat shrink tubing from the display cable.
10. Insert the plug of the display cable into the bus connector of the display.
11. Apply hot melt to the location of the green arrow and fold the display cable up through the recess in the housing.
12. Apply a quick-drying sealant or 2-component adhesive to the bottom plate of the housing.
13. Press the two parts of the housing together and, depending on the sealant or glue used, keep the two parts pressed together with a clamp until maximum
adhesion is achieved.
