Wireless safety strategy

Smart kit only support WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK

encryption and none encryption .

WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK encryption is recommended.

Cautions

- Due to dierent network situation, control process

may return time-out sometimes. If this situation

occurs, the display between board and App may not

be the same, please do not feel confused.

- Smart Phone camera needs to be 5 million pixels or

above to make sure scan QR code well.

- Due to dierent network situation, sometimes,

request time-out could happen, thus, it is necessary

to do network conﬁguration again.

- The APP system is subject to update without prior

notice for product function improvement. The actual

network conﬁguration process may be slightly dierent

from the manual, the actual process shall prevail.

You can download the app by searching for Smart Life

in your app store or by scanning the following QR code

Registration

Open the Smart Life app and tap “Sign Up”. In the User

Agreement and Privacy Policy dialog box, carefully

read the privacy policy and agreement and tap “Agree”

to go to the account registration page

Network Conﬁguration

•

Open the scan entry of app

Tap Add Device or the plus icon (+) in the

top-right corner on the Home page to go to

the device adding page Scan entry will

appear in the upper right corner.

• Scan the QR Code for the Networ

You can use the Smart Life app by scanning

the QR code which packed with the Smart kit.

• Connect to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network

On the page that appears, enter the password

for connecting to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

If you know how to perform pairing, select the

correct device pairing mode based on the status

of the indicator. If you are not sure how to

perform pairing, tap Perform net pairing as

prompted to view the guide.

• Connecting the device

Follow the App instruction to make sure your

device under AP mode, and then tap "Next".

• Connecting Wi-Fi hotspot

On the Wi-Fi setting page of the mobile phone,

ﬁnd the Wi-Fi hotspot starting with SmartLife.

Tap the Wi-Fi hotspot to connect the mobile

phone to it.

After a successful connection, go back to the app to

start pairing. The Wi-Fi hotspots of certain devices

might use a custom name. The mobile phone must

be connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network

• Connecting the device

The device pairing page on the app appears

again and the pairing process continues.

After the device is added, the user can

customize the device name and specify the

room where the device is located. A device

name can contain a maximum of 64 characters.

Registrering

Åpne Smart Life-appen og trykk «Sign Up»

(Registrer). I dialogboksen User Agreement and

Privacy Policy (Brukeravtale og personvernregler)

leser du personvernreglene og avtalen nøye, så

trykker du «Agree» (Godta) for å gå til

kontoregistreringssiden.

Nettverkskonﬁgurasjon

• Gå til å skanne i appen

Trykk Add Device (Legg til enhet) eller

plussikonet (+) i øvre høyre hjørne på startsiden

for å gå til siden der du legger til enheten. Det

vises i øvre høyre hjørne.

• Skann QR-koden for nettverket

Du kan bruke Smart Life-appen ved å skanne

QR-koden som fulgte med Smart-settet.

• Koble til et 2,4 GHz Wi-Fi-nettverk

På siden som vises angir du passordet for å koble

til 2,4 GHz Wi-Fi-nettverket. Hvis du vet hvordan du

skal utføre paring, velger du riktig

enhetsparingsmodus basert på statusen til

indikatoren. Hvis du ikke er sikker på hvordan du

utfører paring, trykker du Perform net pairing (Utfør

nettparing) når du blir bedt om det for å se

veiledningen.

• Koble til enheten

Følg instruksjonene i appen for å sikre at

deretter «Next» (Neste).

• Koble til Wi-Fi sone

Gå til Wi-Fi-innstillingssiden på mobiltelefonen

for å ﬁnne Wi-Fi-sonen som starter med

SmartLife. Trykk på Wi-Fi-sonen for å koble

mobiltelefonen til den.
