INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION OF DECORATIVE DOOR PANEL
The door panel can easily be mounted. The dimensions of the
panel must be:
Height: maximum 17-7/8” [454mm]
minumum 17-25/32” [452mm]
Width: maximum 19-13/16” [503mm]
minumum 19-23/32” [501mm]
Thickness: maximum 1/8” [3.2mm]
Mount the door panel using the following steps:
1. Unscrew the upper hinge pin, taking care not to lose the set of
washers and bushings.
2. Lift the door from the lower hinge pin.
3. Remove the lower trim molding. (NOTE: Trim molding is not
installed on new units in cartons.)
4. Fit the new panel in place and slide it up as far as possible.
5. Fit the trim molding back in place.
6. Replace the door on the lower hinge pin. Replace the upper
hinge pin and bushings removed in step 1.
7. Check that the door closes properly and seals all around.
