The Zivif RH Series security camera is a versatile and feature-rich device that can be used for a variety of applications. INSTALL THE CAMERA
1. Installation of the camera
Step 1. Power on the camera by connecting it to power.
*Camera takes 60 seconds to power up.
Step 2. Connect the Ethernet cable with the other end
connected to your router
Power
PoE / Ethernet
Reset
PoE / Ethernet - Connect an ethernet cable from your
router. If your model supports PoE, connect an ethernet
cable to your PoE Switch (this will work for power and
internet.)
Power - This is a 12V power input jack.
Reset - Resets the camera (incase password forgotten,
camera moved to dierent wifi, etc.) Camera must be
setup again from the beginning if reset. (*Available on
select models.)
Audio - Available on select models. Connect an external
speaker to this port.

Register for an account and login

Camera ID can be auto filled by scanning the QR code on
the device.
Default username: admin
Default password: admin
Both credentials must be entered in LOWER CASE ONLY.

Click on the camera in the list. It should show as ‘ONLINE’.
You will then see this real time live screen view.

LIVE VIEW AND APP SETTINGS
1. Edit / Delete camera

Edit the camera ID or password or
Delete the camera from your list.
2. Alarm Log
You can see the alarm (e.g. motion detection) snapshots in a list.
3. Local Picture
When you take a snapshot while viewing the camera live, those
images are saved on your mobile. You can access them here.
The photo will automatically export to your camera roll.
4. Local Video
When you click the video record icon while viewing the camera
live, those videos are saved on your mobile. You can access and
manage them here.
5. TF Card Playback
If your camera supports this feature and you have inserted a TF
card with recording settings setup correctly, your recorded video
can be viewed here. Select the date and time to see all video
files after this time.
6. Settings
This menu is only available when your
camera status is ONLINE.
We will further explain each of the
settings here which are functions we
are accessing remotely of the camera.
6.4 User Setting
Change your camera’s
administrator access.
This is highly recommended
once the camera is setup.
The default password is
‘admin’
Visitor can only view the live
stream, without making any
setting or password changes.
6.1 Wifi Security - not applicable
6.2 FTP Setting
Enter your FTP server details
and credentials here to
upload video from your
camera to your FTP server.
6.3 Time Setting
Calibrate your camera’s time
so recording and playback is
on the right time.
Choose the right time zone
or calibrate it to sync with
your mobile device.

6.5 Alarm Setting
Motion Detection Alarm
High / Medium / Low
Image upload to FTP
To be notified by email and / or upload to FTP when motion is
detected, you can switch on this function from this menu.
Motion Detection Sensitivity can also be set. If you would like
smaller movements or larger movements to notify you. There can
be false alarms as any movement from cars or trees can also
trigger an alarm.
6.6 Mail Setting
Setup your personal email account here to be able to receive
motion detection notification emails.
You will need to provide your email authentication details.
Upto 4 people can receive these emails simultaneously.

6.7 TF Card Settings
Coverage after full recording -
This will delete the oldest
recordings to make space for
the newest.
Fulltime recording - Records
continuously all the time, not
only on motion detection.
(recommended to switch on)
Enter SMTP Server name (or
choose from the dropdown list
which has preset settings for
your convenience), port
number, SSL settings and
enable if authentication is
required before sending the
email.
The TF card must be formatted before first use. Once format
complete it automatically starts recording there. For safety, make sure
to power o the camera before inserting or removing the TF Card.

Camera Four View
View upto 4 cameras live simultaneously.
Your list of cameras will appear on the right. Click any live camera
and it will automatically start the live feed into one of the boxes.
To hide the camera list and view the cameras in full screen, press the
arrow.
APP SETTINGS
Click the top left corner menu icon to see app settings.

Settings
KBPS Reading - It shows you the bandwidth usage in the camera
live screen.
Device Sleep - If enabled, your mobile device will save power and
go into sleep mode while live viewing. If disabled, the mobile
device will stay awake for uninterrupted continuous live viewing.
Logout
If you logout of the app, you will be required to log back in before
being able to view any of the cameras. This is a security measure to
keep your cameras private or against unauthorised viewing by those
who may have your mobile device in hand.
Push Notifications
*Not applicable for this camera.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds for a complete factory
reset. The password will also revert to the default. (Available if your
model has an external reset button)
Make sure your internet cable is working and can access the internet.
Camera RTSP url:
rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.1.205:554/11 (192.168.1.205 is for the
camera IP (yours will be dierent as assigned by your router), 554 is
for the RTSP PORT, 11 is for main stream, you can put 12 for sub
stream)
Login credentials:
Please note, that the default username and password for your camera
is “admin” and “admin” respectively.
Record: Please record using an Onvif NVR or on 3nd party software
e.g. Blue Iris, VLC, Ispy etc.
1) When you try to add our camera to your NVR for recording, please
ensure your NVR (check with your NVR manufacturer) that it is not a
proprietary device and that it allows ONVIF compatible cameras to be
added.
2) Since the technology for motion detection recording cannot be
perfect, it can be triggered by changes in environment or lighting, we
suggest you let the camera record full time.
