tP-PID - Time interval at which the throttle will be set.
Decreasing the value of this time stabilizes the object but
shortens service life of the throttle. It is recommended to set
values of 10÷20 seconds.
Uni max - Maximum value of PID regulator’s accumulator of
integration action.
Too high value of this parameter will lead to higher oscillations of
the object but will also decrease an error in a steady state.
Uni min - Minimum value of PID regulator’s accumulator of
integration action.
This value should be set at least to P% optimum parameter value.
Und max - Maximum value of PID regulator’s accumulator of
dierentiation action.
It is not recommended to set values higher than 60 because it will
cause significant variations of throttle during instant and rapid
temperature increases or decreases.
Important! Kp, Ti, Td, P% optimum, tP-PID, Uni max, Uni min,
Und max parameters have a significant influence on the
burning process; it is not recommended to modify them by
persons who are unaware of influence of this parameters on
the regulated object.
Throttle supply- Switches the function of supplying the throttle.
Setting period value means that the regulator will cut o supply
from the throttle after setting the throttle (changing its position)
until the moment in which the throttle is re-set (after setting, the
throttle can be easily shifted by hand). Setting constant value will
enable constant supply mode. The throttle will constantly return
to the preset position even if its butterfly is shifted, e.g.: manually.
It is recommended to set the period value if the throttle is not able
to stabilize and tends to “dance”. Such situation is caused by the fact
that the throttle is installed in a strong electromagnetic field and
its constant movement is a result of interferences on PWM input to
the servomechanism. If throttle variations are significant, it means
that the supply can be cut-o in a position which is unfavorable for
burning process. Therefore, this parameter should be set individually
to the particular application.
Td no fuel - Dierentiation time of fuel shortage detection
algorithm.
T lighting – lighting operating mode, phase I
t lighting – period of lighting process. Timer activated on
exceeding the set temperature of exhaust gas during automatic
operating mode
Kp lighting I – amplification of proportional segment of PID
algorithm for controlling the flame controller’s throttle in phase

Ti lighting I – integration time of integration action of PID
algorithm for controlling the flame controller’s throttle in phase

controlling the flame controller’s throttle in phase I of lighting
process
T% lighting I – optimum level of throttle opening which
is reached when the no actions of any PID segments have
any influence on the throttle (value added at the end of PID
controller) in phase I of lighting process.
Uni min lighting I – minimum value of PID controller’s
accumulator of integration action in phase I of lighting process.
Uni max lighting I - maximum value of PID controller’s
accumulator of integration action in phase I of lighting process.
Und max lighting I – maximum value of PID controller’s
accumulator of integration action in phase I of lighting process.
Kp lighting II – amplification of proportional segment of PID
algorithm for controlling the flame controller’s throttle in phase
II of lighting process.
Ti lighting II – integration time of integration action of PID
algorithm for controlling the flame controller’s throttle in phase
II of lighting process.
Td lighting II – dierentiation time of PID algorithm for
controlling the flame controller’s throttle in phase II of lighting
process.
T% lighting II – optimum level of throttle opening reached
when no actions of any PID segments have any influence on the
throttle (value added at the end of PID controller) in phase II of
lighting process.
Uni min lighting II – minimum value of PID controller’s
accumulator of integration action in phase II of lighting process
Uni max lighting II – minimum value of PID controller’s
accumulator of integration action in phase II of lighting process
While phase I of lighting switches into phase II, the value of
UNI controller’s accumulator of interaction action is calculated
in order to preclude any rapid actions in the throttle during the
transition between phase I and phase II. It is recommended not
to restrict the accumulator of interaction action and to set the
parameter value to a maximum level.
Und max lighting II – maximum value of PID controller’s
accumulator of integration action in phase II of the lighting
process.
T% wait – value of throttle position during the stoppage
stage before the performed blow-by in phase II of automatic
operating mode.
T% scavenge – value of throttle position during the blow-by in
phase II of automatic operating mode.
Scavenge count – volume of failed blow-bys disabling the flame
controller or switching the controller into stop operating mode
(depending on the Automatic Switch O parameter in phase II
of automatic operating mode).
Wait time – period of throttle’s stoppage (set values of T% wait).
Scavenge time – the period of time with throttle’s slot open
during the blow-by process (set values of P% blow-by).
