ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1 VERIFY PACKAGE CONTENTS
1. 1 2-Person Ice Shelter with 6 ice anchors and 4 guylines
2. 1 Manual Hand Ice Auger
3. 1 Ice Scoop
4. 1 Rod holder
5. 1 Ice Anchor Drill Adaptor
6. 1 Ice Fishing Chair
Stoves, lanterns, candles, grills, heaters and other fuel-burning devices
produce carbon monoxide and will consume the available oxygen in a tent.
Use of such devices in a tent may cause asphyxiation, carbon monoxide
poisoning, and death or serious and permanent injuries. For this reason:
DO NOT use fuel-burning devices inside or near this product.
Your failure to follow this warning may cause death or serious and
permanent injury to you or others.
DANGER!
KEEP ALL FLAME AND HEAT SOURCES AWAY FROM THIS FABRIC. This
product is made with flame-resistant fabric, which meets CPAIR-84 specifications.
IT IS NOT FIREPROOF! The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any
flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the fabric may render
the flame-resistant properties ineffective.
Anchor properly at all times and carefully consider campsite choice. Be aware of
possible falling rocks or tree limbs, lightning strikes, flash floods, strong winds,
and other hazards which may cause harm to this product or its occupants.
Have a minimum of two adults for assembly. During assembly, poles are under
tension. If not held firmly in place during assembly, poles could break or flip up,
possibly causing serious injury.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
2 REMOVE ITEMS FROM BAG
1. Remove ice shelter from the backpack carry bag.
2. Remove the tie strap from around the shelter.
3 LAY DOWN THE SHELTER
1. Lay the ice shelter flat on the ground and be completely sure
there is no material twisted or overlapping the ends of any
poles.
2. Do not force shelter when unfolding.
3. NOTE: In windy conditions, before pulling outward on the
roof or walls to pop open the shelter, securely anchor at all
corners with provided ice anchors. See step 6 for instructions.
This will prevent shelter from blowing away when setting up
in windy conditions.
4 PULL THE ROOF 5 PULL THE SIDE WALL
1. Grasp the webbing loop sewn onto the eyelet located in
the centre of one of the walls and pull outward so that the
wall pops open.
2. NOTE: Place your foot on the ground skirt to help hold the
shelter in place when popping open the walls.
6 PULL ALL SIDE WALLS
1. Proceed by walking around the entire shelter pulling on each wall webbing loop to pop out each
wall until all the sides are popped out
2. NOTE: There are four (4) wall sections on the Crystal 2 2-Person Insulated Ice Shelter.
7 ANCHOR THE SHELTER
1. Your shelter should be standing up completely as in the last image above.
2. You may now proceed by anchoring the shelter to the ice using the provided ice anchors and guylines.
3. The Crystal 2 Ice Shelter includes four (6) ice anchors. Screw four (4) anchors through the grommets
located in each corner completely (grommets are located in the corners under the snow skirt).
4. Use the four (4) provided guylines and tie one end to the hub eyelet on each wall, and the other end to
an anchor that is already screwed completely into the ice several feet away.
5. Use the adjustment slides on the rope to achieve proper tension.

section pops open. Both roof sections should now be
popped open.
DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove all guylines and ice anchors and store them in
the provided pouch.
2. NOTE: In windy conditions, remove ice anchors after
collapsing the roof and walls inward.
1. Push the centre hub on any wall until it collapses inward.

FOLD THE SHELTER
1. Shelter will be back in its flat stage just as it was when it
was unfolded out of the backpack bag.
2. Gather all the corners of the shelter and fold together.
3. DO NOT force shelter when folding.
6 PACK ITEMS TO THE BAG
1. Place folded shelter back into the backpack carrying case,
always placing the hubs towards the bottom end of the bag.
2. Place the pouch with the ice anchors and guylines into the
backpack.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Due to traffic on lakes, ice fishing can be hazardous at night. If you choose to fish at night or in conditions with poor visibility, be sure to
take precautions.
Never leave the ice shelter unattended.
Take down shelter when not in use to avoid unnecessary damage.
Use extra tie-downs during excessive winds.
Long Term Storage
Make sure your ice shelter is completely dry before storing for long periods of time.
WARRANTY
CTC 7-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY: Unpack and inspect all contents for defects in workmanship and materials within 7 days of
purchase. If any defects are found, return the product to the place of purchase, along with the proof of purchase, and it will be replaced
free of charge.
1-YEAR REPLACEMENT PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY: This product carries a replacement parts warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. At its discretion, the manufacturer may provide replacement parts.
The original purchaser will be required to provide proof of purchase. The consumer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred
outside of the U.S. or Canada.
Warranties DO NOT cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, inclement weather conditions (i.e., wind, hail, lightning, tornadoes or
hurricanes), mildew and rotting, or damage or fading caused by prolonged exposure to UV rays. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights. You may also have other rights which vary depending on locale. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for any
incidential or consequential damages.
2 PUSH THE SIDE WALL
1 REMOVE ANCHORS AND GUYLINES
1. Continue pushing each wall inward until all the walls are
collapsed.Shelter will fall to the ice on its own.
1. Use your hand and push the hub of the roof inward until
it collapses.
