Step1.Assemblethemainframe(1),rearframe(5),verticalsupport(2)and
connectorplate(8)asshown.Looselysecurethehardwaretoholdallthe
partsinplace.Afterallpartsareinplace,tightenthehardware.Insertboth
screwcoversasshowninFig.1.

2.SeatPlateInstallation
Step2.RemovescrewsandnutsasshowninFig.A.Puttheseatplate(4)onthe
post(5)andsecureitwiththehardware.
3.SeatInstallation
Step3.Securetheseatbottom(3)totheseatplace(4)asshown.

4.SeatHeightAdjustment
Theseatpositioncanberaisedbypullingitupward.Tolowertheseatposition,pull
outtheadjustmentknob(seeA),thenlowertheseat.

5.LevelerAdjustment
Makesuretheequipmentdoesnotwobble.Ifitdoeswobble,adjustlevelers.Screw
levelersdownsotheytouchthefloor.Thenscrewthenutagainsttheframetosecure
thispositionasshown.

6.SafetyHookApparatus
Beforeaddingorremovingweightdisks,claspbothhooksontothebarbelltoprevent
onesidefromtippingupward.Whenyouarereadytolift,openthehooks.Whennot
exercising,securethehooksforsafety.
