z For110/115/120/127VACmodels:ThepowercordisattachedtotheUPS.Theinputplugisa

NEMA5‐15Pfor1000,1000L,1500and1500Lmodels,NEMA5‐20Pfor2000and2000Lmodels.

Note:ForLowvoltagemodels:CheckifthesitewiringfaultindicatorlightsupinLCDpanel.Itwillbe

illuminated when the UPS is plugged into an improperly wired utility power outlet (Refer to

Troubleshootingsection).



throughPC.



TheUPS

isequippedwithintelligentslotperfectforeitherSNMPorAS400card.Wheninstalling

eitherSNMPorAS400cardintheUPS,itwillprovideadvancedcommunicationandmonitoring

options.

Note:Thebatterychargesfullyduringthefirstfivehoursofnormaloperation.Donotexpectfull

batteryruncapabilityduringthisinitialchargeperiod.



Step7:Installsoftware

Foroptimalcomputersystemprotection,installUPSmonitoringsoftwaretofullyconfigureUPS

shutdown.You
