3. INTENDED USE
The ANTELOPE.SUIT is an Over-The-Counter device
intended to stimulate healthy muscles in order to im-
prove or facilitate muscle performance. This product
should be used by adults only.
The ANTELOPE.SUIT is not intended for adjunctive
therapy in the treatment of medical diseases and con-
ditions of any kind. None of the ANTELOPE.SUIT stim-
ulation programs are designed for injured or disease
aicted muscles. Its use on such muscles is contraindi-
cated. The stimulation imposed on the muscles by the
ANTELOPE.SUIT programs is denitely not suitable for
rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
The Antelope.Suit may therefore be considered a tech-
nique of muscle training and should only be used for
this purpose.
4. INTENDED PURPOSE

improve performance of human body or general well be
-
ing. It is intended to be used by healthy adults.
5. INDICATIONS
The ANTELOPE.SUIT is intended to stimulate healthy
muscles in order to improve or facilitate muscle perfor
-
mance. It is to be used by adults only.
Depending on the parameters of the electrical impuls
-
es (pulse frequency, duration of contraction, duration
of rest, total session duration), dierent types of muscle
work can be imposed on the stimulated muscles.
Only use the ANTELOPE.SUIT when fully regenerated.
Follow our workout instructions and also work out with
-
out the ANTELOPE.SUIT regularly (at least every fth ses-
sion).
6. CONTRAINDICATIONS

tients with cardiac demand pacemakers.
1. The long-term eects of chronic electrical stimu-
lation are unknown.
2. Stimulation should not be applied over the neck
or mouth. Severe spasm of the laryngeal and
pharyngeal muscles may occur and the contrac-
tions may be strong enough to close the airway
or cause diculty in breathing.
3. Stimulation should not be applied across the
chest in that the introduction of electrical current
into the heart may cause cardiac arrhythmias.
4. Stimulation should not be applied to the head.
5. Stimulation should not be applied over swollen,
infected, or inamed areas or on skin eruptions
6. Stimulation should not be applied over, or in
proximity to, cancerous lesions.

lators.
! WARNING
5
Before using the ANTELOPE.SUIT please consult a phy-
sician to make sure you are in good health and t. The
following points should be taken into account. If one
or even more of these apply to you, you must NOT use
the ANTELOPE.SUIT for safety reasons:
You have a cardiac pacemaker or other electrical
implant(s)
You are pregnant
You have a severe neurological, cardiovascular or
tumour diseases
You have a serious disease (i.e. fever, infections,
inammations)
You have muscle ache / soreness
You have muscle spasms
Do not use the ANTELOPE.SUIT on injured skin or to
stimulate the muscles of an aicted limb or joint.
A possible side-eect of unfamiliar and intensive train-
ing is damage to the muscle tissue. This comes with the
partial loss of strength, delayed muscle soreness and a
signicant increase of muscle protein levels (e.g. cre-
atine kinase levels) found in the blood. Especially after
the rst intense training sessions with the ANTELOPE.
SUIT there is a heightened risk of muscular damage.
These problems shall not occur if you closely follow our
workout instructions.
The following points may indicate serious damage to
the muscle tissue (rhabdomyolysis). If you nd your-
self displaying one of these symptoms please contact
a physician:
Brown urine
Myalgia (severe muscular pain)
Extreme swelling of the muscle
7. TECHNOLOGY
The ANTELOPE.SUIT is the evolution of the already
proven EMS technology. The natural muscle contrac-
tion is supported by electrical impulses with this train-
ing method. Muscle contractions are triggered by an
external electric stimulus transmitted via the elec-
trodes which are integrated into the ANTELOPE.SUIT.
! CAUTION

8. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
8.1 ANTELOPE.SUIT
The fabric of the ANTELOPE.SUIT consists of 54% poly-
amide, 36% polypropylene and 10% elastane. Each
SUIT includes sixteen silicone electrodes integrated
into the compression fabric. The textile aligns ideally
to the body shape thanks to the elasticity of the fabric.
Furthermore, due to the compressive eect it can be
ensured that the electrodes will stay in the right posi-
tion, providing functional and comfortable stimulation.
A baseplate with magnetic buttons connects the textile
with the ANTELOPE.8C-BOOSTER. ANTELOPE.SUITs are
only intended for training your shoulder, upper arm,
chest, abs, back, buttocks, upper front and back leg
muscles.
8.2 ANTELOPE.8C-BOOSTER
The ANTELOPE.8C-BOOSTER is the energy source of
the system and connects with the ANTELOPE.SUIT via
an baseplate on the side of the shirt. It triggers the elec-
trical impulses which enhance the natural muscle con-
traction. To control the whole system in a convenient
way, the BOOSTER is connected to the ANTELOPE.APP
via Bluetooth. With this APP you can choose a suitable
stimulation program before you start your workout
and regulate each channel independently. The impulse
intensity of all channels can also be controlled with the
BOOSTER. This device can control up to eight muscle
groups at the same time.
8.3 Charging Cable
The BOOSTER can be charged easily with a micro USB
cable when it is plugged into a computer or laptop or
with an adapter into an outlet.
Please ensure that the outlet or any other power
source is not stronger than one ampere before using
a charger with it.
! CAUTION
7
9. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The ANTELOPE.SUIT is equipped with electrodes
placed on your shoulders, upper arms, chest, abs,
back, buttocks, upper front and back legs. Especially
runners and athletes that train their tness with their
own bodyweight are able to increase their core perfor-
mance during training. Strength athletes, too, greatly
rely on their core stability to eciently perform exer-
cises with proper form.
The system is controlled by the ANTELOPE.APP through
a smartphone or tablet. Please ensure that you have
downloaded the APP before you start your training.
9.1 Putting on the ANTELOPE.SHIRT

12. FAQS: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why can I not feel any stimulation?
Is the BOOSTER charged? It needs to charge for
at least two hours before being used.
Is the BOOSTER connected to the SUIT? Make
sure that the magnetic heads are properly con-
nected to the buttons on the ANTELOPE.SUIT’s
baseplate.
Are the electrodes placed correctly? Make sure
that you have put the product on according to
the instructions in Section 9.
The stimulation is uncomfortable. What can I do?
Make sure that the black silicone electrodes on
the inside of the SUIT are placed correctly and
lie at on your skin. ATTENTION: If you need to
adjust the electrodes please switch the BOOST-
ER o rst.
You can try adding some moisture (water)
to the electrodes or the skin underneath the
electrodes to increase the conductivity. ATTEN-
TION: Before adding water, please switch the
BOOSTER o rst!
Check if the magnetic heads are connected to
the buttons placed on the SUIT’s baseplate.
Should I worry about skin redness and irritations?
Minor redness after using the ANTELOPE.SUIT
or EMS in general is perfectly normal. It is main-
ly caused by increased blood circulation and
should disappear within a couple of minutes
after you take o the product.
Another reason might be pressure marks
caused by the compression. This is nothing to
worry about. However, you should not wear
the SUIT for several hours.
Severe irritation might derive from too high
stimulation intensity. The next time you use the
ANTELOPE.SUIT try to start at a lower level and
slowly increase the intensity.
Extreme redness might be caused by an allergic
reaction to the material of the electrodes. If the
skin redness does not disappear for several
hours, please consult a physician, especially
before you use your ANTELOPE.SUIT the next
time.
I have a prickling sensation in my extremities. Is
that normal?
Yes, it is, although only few people have that feeling.
This is because the ANTELOPE.SUIT stimulates the larg-
er nerves, too, which control your muscles. There is no
problem with that as long as it does not feel uncom-
fortable.
Does the product cause sore muscles?
As with any intense muscular activity you can expect
to have sore muscles depending on the intensity and
complexity of your workout. Since EMS stimulates the
muscle more intensively, you might experience stron-
ger soreness after the rst sessions until you get used
to working out with EMS. To get used to working out
with the ANTELOPE.SUIT, please follow the instructions
given in this manual and within the information in the
ANTELOPE.APP.
