The recessed flying points on the SPL
12 are designed to receive a single stud
spring-loaded track connector. See be-
low.
The SPL 8H has 6m T-nuts pre-installed
on the Top and on the Right Hand Side
when looking from the front. These are
laid out ready to accept 6mm bolts to
mount an Omnimount Series 100 brack-
et/clamp assembly to the cabinet.
Mounting brackets are available from
Omnimount, or can be ordered through
ARX to be delivered with your speaker
system

Rigging options include recessed flying
points designed to receive a single stud
spring loaded connector for systems that
will be transported, or 10mm captive nuts
to install eye bolts for systems used in fixed
installations.

STEP 2: Tighten up grub screw (1) on the
mounting bracket. Leave adjustment arm (2)
loose.
STEP 3: Attach the mounting plate to the
speaker box using the 2 machine screws (3)
and shakeproof washers
STEP 4: Attach the mounting bracket to the
wall using 4 suitable fasteners (4)
STEP 5: Adjust the angle as required and then
tighten adjustment arm (2)
STEP 6: Connect appropriate Input signal to
the cabinet

STEP 1: Attach the mounting
plate to the arm of the
mounting bracket
ARX Ambience 1 speakers are suitable for both
Vertical and Horizontal installation, depending
on the coverage pattern required.
Care must be taken to ensure that the surface to
which they are to be mounted is capable of
supporting the weight of the Ambience 1.
In a brick/concrete wall, make sure that suitable
anchor bolts are used.
In a plasterboard/drywall installation, it is impor-
tant to ensure the mounting fasteners are screwed
through
the plasterboard surface to the support-
ing stud or beam underneath.

The Pro-SUB and the M-SUB
have a screw mount plate fitted
to their top surface to enable a
K & M screw-in pole mount to
be fitted.

ARX Ambience 5 speakers are designed
to be installed in a vertical position, with
the bracket attached through the metal
plate that slides into the inner surface of
the top and bottom handle recesses.
Care must be taken to ensure that the
surface to which they are to be mounted
is capable of supporting the weight of
the Ambience 5.
In a brick/concrete wall, make sure that
