2. Screw completely the bladesbase (4) by turning it counter-clockwise onto the jar (2) or sports jar (7) that you are
about to use. Attention: sports jar is screwed upside down, meaning with its top downside, so you must first remove
its lid with a counter-clockwise move.

you like in parts, after you have previously cut them up. Finally, in any case, secure the lid properly before every

blades’ base (4).

settings of the function knob (6) are presented below:
0 = Shutdown
1 = Low speed
2 = High speed
Pulse function offers better control of the function.
Attention: Speed must always change serially by turning the knob first on position “1” and then on position
“2” and never directly from position “0” to position “2”.

Useful advice
Ingredients should be cut up before they are mashed.
When you are working on a thick mix you must interrupt the function of the device and remove the ingredients from the
jars edges by moving them towards the blades (3) with a plastic spatula.
When you are working on fruit or vegetables, raw or cooked, you must cut them in small pieces to ease the mashing
process.
When you are working on various ingredients, it would be better if you first blend the liquids and then add the thicker
ingredients.
When you are about to mash meat it should have no bones. Likewise, always remove fruit kernels because they can
destroy the blades.
CAUTION: Maximum Temperature for used ingredients is 40°C.
Stabilize the jar (2) or the sports jar (7) by pushing it gently when the device operates because there is a chance of
movement. In this case, shut the device immediately down and place the jar correctly.
If you want to fill ingredients in the 600ml jar (2), remove its lid (1) and add the ingredients. Never remove the lid (1) of
the jar (2) while the blender operates. In the case of the sports jar (7), to add ingredients, the whole process of
disassembly reassembly must be followed.
