power before installing this kit. Reinstall all panels and
covers.

Cylinders contain gas under high pressure and can ex-
plode if damaged. Never let a welding electrode touch
any cylinder. Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall,
or other stationary support.
Falling equipment can cause injury and unit damage.
Never put any body part under unit while lifting. Lifting
forks must extend out opposite side of base. Lift unit
using proper equipment.

Remove paint from axle grooves (11)
before installing retaining rings (8).

Route hoses and
cords as shown to
prevent damage
and shock hazards.

Remove and discard
the four end caps and
eight screws before
installing caster bracket
(13) and bottle tray (7).
Remove and retain existing hardware
(4) before installing handles (1) and
bottle support (3).
Use hardware re-
tained from handle
installation to install
caster mounting
bracket (13) to base
of power source.
Use the four supplied screws (15) to
install bottle tray (7) to the welding
power source base
