These operating instructions are intended to enable the safe and proper handling and
operation of the appliance. Read these operating instructions carefully before using the
appliance for your safety and others.

Indicates notices which if ignored, can result in risk of injury

Indicates notices of risks that can result in damage to the
appliance.

instructions in this manual and the appliance is used in a place outside of its own area of

This appliance fully complies with the 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility and
2014/35/EU Voltage Directives. The appliance bears the CE mark on the rating plate.
Use of accessories not supplied by Fakir reserves the right to change the design and
equipment.
Intended Use
Product model is designed for household use. It is not suitable for business or industrial
use. In case of any failure arising from otherwise use, our authorized services will provide
out of warranty service.
Unauthorized Use
In cases of unauthorized use specied below
, the appliance may be
damaged or cause injuries;
This appliance is not suitable for people who are not mentally
stable or who do not have enough information to use such
appliances. Please do not let these people use the appliance.
This electric appliance is not a toy. So please never let children
play with the appliance and be more careful when there are children.
• Keep small items of packaging and plastic bags away from
children. Otherwise they may harm themselves by swallowing them,
especially packaging bags may cause danger of suffocation.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children should not play with this appliance
• Cleaning and maintenance shall not be carried out by children
without supervision.
• Keep the packing materials away from the children. Choking risk!
• Children younger than 3 years shall be kept away from the
appliance if they are not supervised constantly.
This appliance may be used by persons (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or with limited
experience and/or knowledge, only under the supervision of a
person responsible for their safety, or in accordance with the
instructions of that person.
• Children shall be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
This appliance shall not be used for play.
• Children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years may switch
the appliance on and off only if they are under supervision or are
informed of the safe use of the appliance and if they understand
the hazards that may be caused by the appliance. In this respect,
it is a prerequisite for the appliance to be in normal usage position
or that it is installed properly.
• Children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years shall not
plug the appliance to the electrical outlet, adjust the appliance,
and do not perform any cleaning or maintenance operations.
The appliance shall not be used without supervision.

Safety is Important
Read these operating instructions carefully before using the
appliance for your safety and others. Keep this manual in a safe
place for future use.
When using an electrical device, the following precautions should
always be taken. In order to prevent re, electric shock and
personal injuries;
Before using the appliance, make sure your mains voltage is
compatible with the appliance voltage.
This device is not a toy. So please never let your children play with
the appliance and be more careful when there are children.
Before the rst use, check the appliance for damages and
malfunctions. If there is any malfunction or damage to the
equipment, do not use the appliance and get in contact with Fakir
Authorized Service.
Safety Warnings
Following simple safety measures must be taken while using this
electrical appliance;
Please read the user manual before you use the appliance.
Ensure that your mains voltage match the appliance voltage by
checking the type label.
If the cable, plug or another part of the appliance is damaged,
do not use it. If the cable, plug or another part of the appliance is
damaged, in order to avoid any damage, it must be replaced at a
Fakir Authorized Service.
Close supervision is necessary for all devices used by children or
nearby children
Use of accessories not supplied by Fakir Elektrikli Ev Aletleri Dış

Never clean the appliance with cleaners, steel woolpads, or other
abrasive materials.
Do not touch the moving parts where the attachments are placed.
Make sure that the appliance is switched off before connecting or

disconnecting it from the power supply.
Always handle with care when using the appliance.
Do not try to unplug the appliance by pulling on the power cord.
Keep the power cord away from heat and prevent it from hanging
from the corners of the table / kitchen counter.
Do not ever use the appliance outdoors.
Keep the motor unit from water or environments with excessive
humidity.
Always operate the appliance only with dry hands.
Never try to attach the beaters or dough hooks to the main body
while the appliance is still connected to the power supply. The
appliance plug must be unplugged before placing the attachments.
Do not try to clean the beaters or dough hooks under running
water while they are still connected to the appliance. Before
washing the attachments, always remove them from the appliance.
When using the appliance, make sure that the beaters or dough
hooks do not touch its cable.
If the power cord is damaged during use, unplug the appliance
from the power supply immediately. Never touch the power cord
before disconnecting from the power supply.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when not in use,
before placing, removing parts or before cleaning.
All repairs for the device must be carried out by an authorized
Fakir Authorized Service.

Unpacking
Before rst use, unpack the appliance end its
accessories, check for damages and defects. If there is
any malfunction or damage to the equipment, do not
use the appliance and get in contact with Fakir
Authorized Service.
- Repair works shall only be undertaken by Fakir authorized
service. Repairs that are inadequate or carried out by unauthorized
personnel may pose harm to the user.
-Do not punch a hole or a tear on the section where the on/off button
is.

Never use a defective appliance.

Using the appliance with beaters or dough hooks;
• Use beaters of the appliance for mixing, beating, whipping and creaming liquids and
mixtures.
• Use dough hooks for mixing and kneading dough.
• Attaching the beaters or dough hooks to the appliance;
• Switch the appliance off and unplug it.
• Place one of the beater or dough hook into one of the mounting holes in the motor unit.
• Push and turn the beater or dough hook until it locks into its place
• Repeat the process for the other beater or dough hook.
• Removing the beaters or dough hooks;
• Switch the appliance off and unplug it,
• Keep pressing the “Eject” button,
• Pull the beaters or dough hooks out of the motor unit.
Usage
• To switch on the appliance, slide the speed control switch to one of the positions from 1
(lowest speed) to 4 (highest speed). It is recommended to start using the appliance at a
low speed, and then change to a higher speed if necessary.
• To switch off the appliance, slide the switch to position “0”
• Use “Turbo” function button for maximum speed directly. For safety conditions, the
“Turbo function” cannot be used when the main switch is at “0” position.

onto it.
• Firmly hold the container that you are using the mixer inside.

Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance
• Before cleaning the appliance, switch the appliance off and unplug it.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• You can wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
Never clean the appliance with cleaners, steel woolpads, or other abrasive materials.
• Do not immerse the skin in water or any liquid.
