Success Tips
Bluetooth Headset Pairing
Most Bluetooth headsets need to be in pairing mode
before you click the Milo Bluetooth button to pair. Refer
to the pairing instructions for
your headset.
If pairing doesn’t succeed, try turning off Bluetooth on
your phone while pairing.
Attaching Milo
Milo has a magnet and securely snaps into the
included Action Clip, or one of the other Milo clips
available for purchase.
To remove Milo from its clip, simply rotate 90°,
then pull it off the clip.
Factory Reset
If your Milo behaves unexpectedly,
power down, then factory reset
(see Reference page for how to).
After a reset, you need to rejoin your group.
Others Can't Hear You?
If your group can’t hear you, check if your mic is muted.
Remember that Milo is muted after it's turned on.
Using a Headset
When using a headset, avoid putting Milo in your
pocket. Milo uses its built-in microphones for
noise reduction.
