SECURITY - GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Before ๏š”arting any exercise program, consult your doctor. It is par-
ticularly important for people over the age of 35 years, people who
have a hi๏š”ory of health problems, or if you havenโ€™t practised sports for
several years.
2. If you experience dizziness, nausea, che๏š” pain, or any other abnor-
mal symptom, ๏š”op exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
3. WARNING! Heart rate monitoring sy๏š”ems may be inaccurate. Over
exercise may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint or any
pain, ๏š”op exercising immediately.
4. This equipment should not be used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or persons lacking
the necessary experience or knowledge, unless they have received
prior in๏š”ruction on how to use the equipment or are under the super-
vision of a person responsible for their safety.
5. Do not use the heart rate belt if you have a pacemaker.
6. Several people mu๏š” not get on the treadmill at once.
7. DOMYOS cannot be held liable for claims of injury or damage sus-
tained by any person or property originating from the use or misuse
of this product by the purchaser or by any other person.
8. Keeps hands well away from all moving parts. Never place your hands
or feet under the walking belt.
9. Wear sports shoes which are in good condition. To avoid damaging
your apparatus, ensure that your shoes are free of any debris such as
gravel or small ๏š”ones.
10. Tie up your hair. Do not wear baggy clothing likely to get in your way
when exercising. Take o๏šŽ all jewellery.
11. After exercising, wait for the treadmill to ๏š”op completely before getting
o๏šŽ. After use, remove the safety key from the console and ๏š”ore it in a
place which is inaccessible to children.
12. If you want to get o๏šŽ urgently, grab the support rails and place your
feet on the foot rails.
13. To perform an emergency ๏š”op, remove the safety key.
14. Do not insert objects into the safety key port or through the covers.
15. Do not pour liquid onto the console or the motor cover.
16. Never remove motor hood. Adju๏š”ments and modi๏šcations other than
those described in this manual mu๏š” only be carried out by an autho-
rised technician. Failure to follow these safety in๏š”ructions may result
in serious injuries, even death.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
This treadmill has been designed for walking and running 1 to 18km/h . It features a motorised incline sy๏š”em that goes from 0 to 10% enabling you to intensify the e๏šŽort and burn more
calories.
The running surface is 50cm x 143cm.
Your treadmill has 6 display functions: time, di๏š”ance, speed, incline, calories and heart rate, directly on the console. To assi๏š” you in your practice, 32 programs are pre-recorded in the
console and classi๏šed by category: 8 ยซHealth Wellnessยป programs, 8 ยซBurn caloriesยป programs, 8 ยซEnduranceยป programs and 8 ยซIntervalยป programs.
Also, you have the option to access athe Domyos E Connected application, available on tablets and smartphones connected by Bluetooth to your treadmill.
The USB port lets you keep your tablet or smartphone charged and the audio jack lets you play music on the 2x2W speakers.
The power consumption of the treadmill can range from 500 to 650 watts for a 90 kg user at 13 km/h.
Level of acou๏š”ic pressure measured 1 m from the surface of the machine and at a height of 1.6 m above the ground: 70 dBa (at max speed 16 km/h, without runners).
Noise emission under load is higher than without load.
This treadmill is designed to be used up to 5h a week.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Your homeโ€™s electrical supply mu๏š” be in a good ๏š”ate of repair and comply with current
๏š”andards. This machine should be used with a 220 volt/16 amp circuit (minimum).
Ensure that no other piece of equipment shares the same circuit.
2. For your safety, your treadmill mu๏š” be connected to a properly ๏štted plug with an earth
connection that complies with currently applicable regulations. If in doubt, get a quali๏šed
electrician to check that the treadmill is properly in๏š”alled. Do not modify the plug sup

plied with your treadmill in any way.
3. If you need an extension, only use one with an earth connector and a cable with three
2.5 mmยฒ wires, that is no more than 1.5 metres long.
4. Do not use a power ๏š”rip
5. Never use this machine with a damaged electrical cable or plug or if it has been in
contact with water.
6. Never leave the treadmill plugged in without supervision.Your treadmill mu๏š” be ๏š”ored
indoors in a dry place, away from moi๏š”ure and adequately ventilated, on a ๏šat, level
surface.
7. You mu๏š” leave space around your treadmill of 200cm at the back and 100cm at the
sides.
8. Always position and ๏š”ore the power cable away from heavy tra๏š‘c areas.
9. To minimise noise and reduce the impact on the ground, use a ๏šoor protection mat
10. It is the userโ€™s responsibility to inspect and if necessary tighten all parts before using the
product.Replace any worn or faulty parts immediately.
11. The underside of the belt will have been lubricated during manufacturing. During
transportation, some lubricant may have been transferred onto the top of the belt and
the cardboard. If there is any lubricant on top of the belt, clean the belt using a cloth and
non-abrasive cleaning product.
12. Always ๏š”op the machine using the ma๏š”er switch.
13. Immediately after each use and prior to any cleaning, assembly or maintenance opera
