Caution:

This unit should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except qualified service personnel.
Connection
1. Connect DC plug (24) of the AC/DC adaptor (23) to the DC in jack (22).
2. Then connect the AC/DC adaptor (23) to the AC outlet.
3. Press the On-Off/Function button (6.), the LED display (2.) will show “ Lod ”, then change to “ bLUE”. It means
the power supply is normal. Now your system is ready to operate.
4. The Function modes are switch from:
bLUE (Bluetooth) USB (only if the USB drive is being connected) FM radio PH (Phono)/Aux
* Before the LED display changes to the name of the mode, it will show “Lod” for a while. So, wait for a while
for the function mode.
* If no USB drive is being connected before switching the function mode, the unit will skip the USB mode and
switch from Bluetooth mode to FM mode directly.
* The Phono mode and the AUX-in mode are sharing the same function mode and once the Aux-in jack (11.)
is plugged in, it will automatically switched to Aux-in mode from Phono mode.
5. To switch off the unit, press and hold the on/off button (6.) for 2-3 second and the LED display will turn off
meaning the unit is switch off.

Bluetooth connecting and playback
1. Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and the LED display (2.) will show “ Lod ”, then
change to “ bLUE”.
2. You may need to press the
On-Off/Function button (6.) until the LED display (2.) shows “ bLUE ”.
3. The text “ bLUE ” on the display will flash meaning the unit is searching and waiting to connect to Bluetooth.
4. Switch the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth device on (such as a mobile phone) and select the
Bluetooth equipment code “TT-1852E” to connect.
5. When the Bluetooth device has connected successfully, the text “ bLUE ” will no longer flash but be static.
6. Start playback of the music on your Bluetooth device and enjoy the music through the speakers of this
unit.
7. Adjust the Volume knob (13.) to the desired volume level.
8. You can press the Play/pause button (15.), Skip up or Skip down (4.) button to control the
music playback.
9. If you want to connect the unit to another Bluetooth enabled device after you’ve already successfully paired,
turn off the Bluetooth on the device that was previously paired with the unit. The text “bt” on the display will
begin flashing, repeat step 3-6 above.
Notes:
1. Refer to the manual of your cell phone, tablet PC, computer or other Bluetooth enabled devices for Bluetooth
operation since it may vary from model to model.
2. If your Bluetooth enabled device does not support A2DP profile, it will not play the music through the speaker,
even if paired (linked).
3. Remember to turn off the unit when you have finished listening,
4. Don't forget to switch off the power of your Bluetooth device as well.
5. The music playback will automatically be paused when you have an incoming call. When the call is ended,
the unit will start playing again.
6. The Bluetooth operation will be interrupted if Aux-in jack is being connected.
Listening to Radio
Manual tuning
1. Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it again until the LED display (2.) shows FM
radio frequency and also “ FM “ on the left corner of the LED display (2.).
2. Press the Skip down or Skip up (4.) button to tune your desired station.
3. Adjust volume knob (13.) for the desired volume level.
Auto tuning
1. Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it again
until the LED display (2.) shows FM
radio frequency and also “ FM “ on the left corner of the LED display (2.)
.
2. Press and hold the Skip down or Skip up (4.) button for 1-2 seconds and then release.
3. The unit will start seeking automatically and stop until a radio station is reached
4. Repeat step 2 until the desired radio station is being reached.
5. Adjust volume knob (8) for the desired volume level
Hints for best reception:-
FM : the receiver has a built-in FM wire antenna (21.) hanging at the rear cabinet. This wire should be totally
unraveled and extended for best reception.
Preset stations
You can store up to total of 20 radio stations in the memory.
1. Tune to the desired radio station by “ manual ” or “ auto ” tuning method.
2. Press and hold the “Memory” button (7.) for 2-3 seconds to enable the memory state until the preset station
number and “MEM” is appearing on the LED display.
3. Press Skip up or Skip down (4.) button to select the desired station memory for storage.
4. Press “Memory” button (7.) again to confirm the setting.
5. Repeat step 1 to 4 to store other stations.
6. Press Mem button (7.) once and select the preset station number by pressing Skip up (4.) button to recall
the preset station. Then the unit will tune to the preset station directly.

Listen to the phono
Noted:
- Remove the stylus protector.
- Be sure that the tone arm is being detached from the tone arm rest before
operating and re-secured again afterwards.
- Be sure that the Aux-in jack (11.) is not being connected during the phono
operation (see below point 2 of the remark).
1. Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it again
until the LED display (2.) shows “ PH
“ (Phono).
2. Set the speed selector (17.) to the proper position depending on the record to be played.
3. Place the record on the platter (use the spindle adaptor (16.) if required).
4. Lift the tone arm from the rest and slowly move it to the record side. The platter will
start to rotate.
5. Place the tone arm by the pick up holder to the desired position of the record.
6. Adjust the volume (13.) to the desired level.
7. At the end of record, the platter will automatically stop rotating. Lift the tone arm from
the record and return it to the rest.
8. To stop manually, lift the tone arm from the record and return it to the rest.
Remark :
1. As some kind of record the auto-stop area was out of the unit setting, so it will stop before the last track finish.
In this case, select the auto-stop switch (18.) to “ off “ position, then it will run to the end of the record but will
not stop automatically (turn off the unit by press and hold the
On-Off/Function button (6.) for 2-3 seconds, or
switch back the auto-stop switch to “ on “ position to stop the platter rotate). Then put back the tone arm to
the rest position.
2. The Phono mode and the AUX-in mode are sharing the same function mode and once the Aux-in jack
(11.) is plugged in, it will automatically switched to Aux-in mode from Phono mode. So, please be
ensured that the Aux-in jack is not being connected if you want to playback the record.
Aux-in connection
Connect the unit to any auxiliary device (i.e. MP3 player, or iPod® (not included) by connecting the aux in jack (11.)
with one end of 3.5mm stereo cable (not provided) and the other end connect to the auxiliary device to perform the
music.
1. Plugged the Aux in jack from your external device.
2. Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it again
until the LED display (2.) shows “ AUX ”
mode.
3. Start to playback your device and adjust On-off/Volume knob (13.) to the desire volume level. If the distortion
was too high, reduce the volume level of your auxiliary device.
Playback of MP3 song via USB storage media
Connecting
The system is able to decode and playback all MP3 file which stored in the memory media
with USB connector (not supplied). Plug in the USB pen drive to the USB socket (12.).
Connecting the USB upside down or backwards could damage the audio system or
the storage media (USB thumb drive). Check to be sure the direction is correct before
connection.
1) Plug in the USB drive with the USB symbol facing upwards, making sure it is fully
inserted.
2) Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it once again and the
LED display (2.) will show “ Lod ”.
3) The system will start reading the storage media after connecting and will show the total number of folders or
tracks on the LED display (2.) after read.
4) The system will start playback automatically. You can press the Play/pause button (15.), Skip up or
Skip down (4.) button to control the music playback.
5) Adjust the volume (13.) to the desired level.

Pause / Play mode (no Stop mode for USB playback)
1. To interrupt, press the Play/Pause/Stop button (15.) once, the playing time will be freeze & flashing on the
LED display (2.). Press again to resume normal playback.
Skip/search mode (skip/search up /skip/search down )
1. During play or pause mode, if Skip up button (4.) is pressed. It will go to next track and display the track no.
and then remain in play or pause mode.
2. Alternatively, press Skip down button (4.) will go to the previous track and remain in play or pause mode.
3. If press and hold the Skip up /down button (4.) during MP3 playback, the playing track will go fast
forward or backward until the button being released.
Remark
- USB port does not support connection with USB extension cable and is not designed for
communication with computer directly.
- If no USB is being plugged before switching the function mode, the unit will skip the USB mode and
switch from Bluetooth mode to FM mode directly. So, please ensure the USB device must be plugged
in before all operation.
- The system can detect and read the file under MP3 and format only though the USB port.
- There is no Stop mode, but only pause mode for USB playback.
- Due to variances in MP3 encoding format, some MP3 players may not play when connected to the
USB socket. Please note this is not a malfunction of the system.
MP3 track format requirement:-
- MP3 bit rate : 32 kbps ~ 320 kbps
- The performance of playing MP3 file is various from the quality of encoding file and the method of encoding.
Repeat/Intro/Random mode (on remote control)
Press the Repeat/Intro/Random button before or during playback, a single track, single folder or all the tracks can
be played in difference mode as follow:-
(1) Repeat 1 (2) Random (3) Repeat one folder
(5) Off mode (4) Repeat all tracks

You can listen the desired tracks or folder or all track repeatedly by this function.
Random play
You can listen all the tracks or folder in a random order by this function
Removing of USB
To remove the USB turn off the power or switch the function mode to either tuner or phono first. Then, un-plug the
USB by pulling out directly.

Encoding from Phono or Aux in into mp3 file
The system is able to encode the Phono or Aux in or FM tuner to MP3 format and recording at memory media with
USB connecting port.
A) Phono encoding
1) Plug in the USB flash drive you wish to record onto (make sure it has enough free space).
2) Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it again until the LED display (2.) shows
“ PH ” (Phono) mode.
3) Follow the instruction “Listen to the Phono” above and get prepared the playback of the desired track you
want to record but do not start the playback.
4) Press the Record button (9.) directly and a “REC” text will appear at the bottom right hand corner of the LED
display (2.) meaning the system is starting the encoding mode.
5) Start playback at Phono for the track which you want to record.
6) After finish of recoding, press and the Play/Pause/Stop button (15.) and the “REC” text will disappear from
the LED display (2.).
B) Aux-in encoding
1) Plug in the USB flash drive you wish to record onto (make sure it has enough free space).
2) Connect the external device via the Aux-in connection.
3) Press the On-Off/Function button (6.) to turn on the unit and press it again until the LED display (2.) shows
“ PH ” (Phono) mode.
4) Follow the instruction “Listen to the Phono” above and get prepared the playback of the desired track you
want to record but do not start the playback.
5) Press the Record button (9.) directly and a “REC” text will appear at the bottom right hand corner of the LED
display (2.) meaning the system is starting the encoding mode.
6) Start playback at Phono for the track which you want to record.
7) After finish of recoding, press and the Play/Pause/Stop button (15.) and the “REC” text will disappear from the
LED display (2.).
Remark:-
- The recording speed is 1:1 and according to the actual plying time.
- The system will create a “JL_REC “ folder “and then store the encoding track in it.
- The recording format is default at – MP3 bit rate : 128 kbps, sampling rate : 44.1kHz
- No song title will be recorded during encoding mode
- To interrupt the recording, press the “Record “ button (6) again during record mode.
E) Track separation (by remote handset)
You can divide the recording music from phono or tape to USB track by trace during encoding. Every time when
press the“ “ (track separation) button once at remote handset during encoding from phono/Aux to USB, the
system will generate a new track and continuous the recording.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The battery compartment is located on the back of the remote control.
1. Remove the battery compartment door by pressing in on the tab and lifting it off.
2. Insert two AAA size batteries (excluded) into the battery compartment following the polarity markings inside
the battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery compartment door.
Battery Precautions
Replacement of batteries must be done by an adult.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed.
Only batteries of the equivalent type are to be used.
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Dispose of batteries properly. Do not dispose of batteries in
fire. The batteries may explode or leak.
