Before beginning this or any exercise program , consult
your physician. This is especially important for persons who
have not exercised regularly before or persons with preexisting
health problems. Read all instructions before using. Reebok Sport
assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your doctor. It is
recommended that you under go a complete physical examination.
Work within your recommended exercise level, do not work to exhaustion. If you
feel any pain or abnormal systems, stop your workout immediately. Consult your
physician immediately.
Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your
floor or carpet. For safety, the equipment should have at least 0.5 meter off free
space all around it.
Do not allow children to play on or around your bike. Keep hands away from
moving parts.
Check your bike prior to exercising to ensure that all parts are assembled, and
nuts, bolts, pedals and the saddle are tightened before every use.
Always check to see that seat is securely fastened before using your bike.
Always wear proper workout clothing and shoes when using your bike. Do not
wear loose clothing. Do not wear shoes with leather sole or high heels.
The equipment has been complying to EN957 under class H.C. Suitable for
domestic, home use only. Maximum weight of user is to be 100kg. Breaking is
speed independent.
IMPORTANT
Please read instructions carefully before assembling.
Please remove all the parts from the carton and identify them against the parts
list to ensure you have all the parts. If you are missing any parts please call our

Do not destroy the carton until you have assembled the bike completely.
Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components
whilst assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise
coming from the equipment during use, stop. Do not use the equipment until the

Step 1
Attach the Front Stabilizer (2) to the Main Frame (1),tighten x 2 Carriage Bolt (31),
Curve Washer (16) and Domed Nut (17).Then, attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) to the
Main Frame (1), tighten x 2 Carriage Bolt (15), Curve Washer (16) and Domed Nut
(17).
Step 2
Take the Front Post (4) and join the Computer Wire (21) with the lower computer
wire (35).Attach the Front Post with Frame (1) and tighten with x 3 Hex Bolt (18)
and Curve Washer (19). Connect the Computer Wire (21) with Upper Computer
Wire (23). Then Slide the Computer (6) onto the computer holder of Front Post (4)
and tighten with Screw (34).

Step 3
Fix the Handlebar (5) to the Front Post (4) and tighten with x 1 Hex Bolt (27) on
Clamp (30),then T Knob(26). Plug Hands Pulse Wire (24) to the computer “pulse”
hole.
Step 4
To fix Saddle (8), turn saddle (8) upside down, fix the Seat Post (7) using x 3 Flat
Washer (12), Spring Washer (13) and Nylon Lock Nut (14), then insert into the
Saddle Stem Cover (20) and Main Frame (1). Line up the holes and secure the seat
in position with the Adjustment Knob (11). The Correct height for the seat can be
adjusted after the bike is fully assembled.

Step 5
Attach Left Pedal strap to Left Pedal (9) which is marked with decal "L" . Doing
same for the right. Then attach the Left Pedal (9) and Right Pedal (10) to their
appropriate Crank Arm (25). The right pedal is on the right hand side of the cycle as
you sit on it. Note that the right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the left
pedal on counter-clockwise. Attach the Bottle Holder (33) with x 2 screws (32) on
the Front Post.
Recheck all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely before use
the machine.

Computer Instructions
CONSOLE PRONT
Key Function
1. Mode --- When on the user-setting programs press the button of
Mode to into the setting mode.
--- When on the Training press the button of Mode to select
the display mode.
2. Up: --- Select the training program.
---Increase the setting value.
---Select the display mode.
3. Down: ---Select the training program.
---Decrease the setting value.
---Select the display mode.
4. Enter/Start: ---Enter the setting value.
5. Program: ---Return to the Programs setting mode.

LCD display Function
1. SCAN Display the following function and each function will show for
8 second on the main screen.

2. Time The exercise times was displayed from 00:00 to 99:59.
3. Speed Display the current speed from 0.1Km to 99.9Km.
4. Dst Accumulate the distance trip, the range from 0.1Km to 999.9Km.
5. Cal Accumulate the Calories consumption ,the range from 0.1Kcal to
999.9Kcal
6. Pulse Display your heartbeat rate in beat per minute, the range from
40 to 220.
7. Rpm: Display the rounds per second, the range from 10 to 200.
8. Fat %: Display your body fat. When the icon Fat% show on the windows
you can press the ENTER button the monitor will go into BODY
FAT analyze function. You have to enter your personal data into
monitor step by step.
a. First press UP or DOWN button to select the personal gender (S-
1=male,S-0=female) . Then press the
ENTER button to confirm gender.
b. Second press UP or DOWN button to enter your personal height.
Then press the ENTER button to confirm height.
c. Then press the UP or DOWN button to enter your personal weight,
and press the ENTER button to confirm weight.
d. Press the UP or DOWN button again to select age, and press the
ENTER button to confirm your age.
Then place the palms of your hands on the both of contact pads to
measure your body fat.
NOTE: *If E3 message appearing on the screen that means you are not
place the palms of your hands on the both of contact pads.

LCD display Function
BODY FAT RATIO: The monitor will calculate the data of gender, height,
weight and age to show your BODY FAT RATIO. The value will show on
screen from 5~50%.
Formula:
BODY FAT (%)=1.2(BMI) + 0.23(age)-10.8(gender)-5.4
P.S: gender Male=1 , Female=0

9. Recovery:
When the icon Recovery show on the windows you can press the ENTER
button the monitor will go into pulse recovery analyze function. It is a
function to check the condition of pulse recovery when stop exercising
that is scaled from F1 to F6. F1 means the best and F6 means the worst.
This function may reflect your heart pulse recovery ability and improve it
through exercise.
NOTE:
a. In order to get rated correctly users must test it right after the
workout finished by pressing “ENTER” key and stop exercising after
the key was pressed please also place the palms of your hands on
the both of contact pads. The test will last for 1 minute count-down
and the result (F1~F6) will show on the screen.
*If E1 message appearing on the screen that means you are not place
the palms of your hands on the both of contact pads.
*If E2 message appearing on the screen that means you are not stop
exercising. Check the condition of pulse recovery when stop
exercising.

10. Sex: Show the personal gender.
11. Age: Show the personal age.
12. Height: Show the personal height.
13. Weight: Show the personal weight.
14. Km: Show the current speed of Km.
15. / h: Show the current speed per hour.
16. 888 MATRIX: Display the bike of resistor level from L01 to L08.
17. 8x10 Dot Matrix:
a. Display the program level, each dot is 1 or 2 level.
b. Assembly the special icon.
18. “5 images”: Depend on RPM the image shift from right to left.
19. Program: Display the programs mode.
20. User 1~4: User 1~4 are the user-setting program.
21. H.R.C 1~3 : H.R.C 1~3 are the Heart Rate Control program, You have
to enter your personal age and computer will calculate the Target
Heart Rate. User can press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the Heart
Rate Beat.
H.R.C 1 =55% Target Heart Rate,
H.R.C 2 =75% Target Heart Rate,
H.R.C 3 =90% Target Heart Rate,
22. Preset 1~8: Preset programs have eights difference programs.
23. Manual: One manual program.
24. Pulse star: When pulse sensor input the icon “pulse star” flash on the
screen.
* Program mode pictures and define: User 1-4
1. Press PROGRAM to enter the program selection mode then press UP &
DOWN to select User 1, User 2, User 3, or User 4.
2. Press MODE then the console displays “M?” then press ENTER to enter
the user setting mode.
3. Press UP & DOWN key to adjust the levels then press ENTER to change
the next column.

* Note: The user setting mode is only for user to set up the resistance.
The time period is 10 minutes fixed by software.
LCD display Function
H.R.C 1~3
1. Press PROGRAM to enter the program selection mode then press UP &
DOWN to select HRC 55%, HRC 75%, or HRC 90% then press ENTER to
enter HRC mode.
2. Age Selection: Press UP & DOWN key to select your age then press
enter to confirm your age.
3. Target HR Selection: The computer will calculate the reference
target heart rate by formula (220- age) x 55% or 75% or 90%. Users can
press UP & DOWN key to adjust the target hear rate then press ENTER
to confirm the T.H.R & start exercise
* Note: There is 1 minute period for WARNING UP then the resistance will
change automatically with formula T.H.R +/- 5. For HRC mode, user has
to press the hands on the hand pulse grip.

LCD display Function
Preset 1~8: Preset program screens
1. Press PROGRAM to enter program selection mode then press UP & DOWN to
select the proper preset programs 1-8 then press ENTER to confirm the
program & start exercise.
2. (dot- matrix) each dot is 1 level. User can press the up down key to adjust
the resistance level.
Note. The time period is 10 minutes fixed by console software. The resistance will
go back to first column after 10 minutes exercise.
Manual screen
Manual program started at level 4 .User can adjust the resistance level for one
column.
Power: This model has been supplied with a power adaptor. Connect this to the
back of the home exerciser and plug it into the main socket.
Note: Error message
When the Display shows “Err M ”, please tear down the chain cover & check
below descriptions step by step
1. Check all sensors are correctly connected fitted and pass in front of the
sensor.
2. Check the computer wires are not damages
3. Press “Up” & “Down” key to check if the motor is workable
4. Check the cable wire between brake & motor is correctly fitted
5. If still have “Err M “, replace the computer, computer wires, & DC motor by
contacting your dealer.
