vibration and shock tutors
5.2.1 Monitoring & Main PSUmodule
The Monitoring & Main PSUmodule (M-PSU) hardware consist on a module that contains the µController
and the Power System Unit (PSU).
The LPC1768 µController monitors the sensors inside the DynaCOR 50-35-05 and manages the power
ON and OFF sequences.
The PSU transforms the vehicle main input voltage to a stable 12 VDC that powers the Main Computing
System.
5.2.2 Mechanical and cooling section
This section is formed by the following parts:
l External chassis
l 7x Liquid cooled plates (cold plates)
l Internal vibration & shock tutors
The chassis and the internal tutor protect the boards against vibration and shocks.
The cold plates cool all boards inside the chassis. The coolant is delivered from the coolant distribution
system through two quick-disconnect receptacles placed on the rear side of the DynaCOR 50-35-05.
