Processing samples from a work list

(barcoded ID entry)

1. Touch < Workplace >.

2. Touch < Work List >.

3. Scan the first sample barcode.

4. Touch

to enter color and clarity

(if necessary).

5. Repeat steps 3-4 for remaining samples.

6. Touch

to print the work list.

Note: Samples must be processed the order listed.

7. Load the first test strip.

•

Remove a test strip from the vial.

•

Dip the strip into the sample and wipe off

excessive sample on the edge of the tube.

•

Place sample test strip onto loading area.

8. Repeat step 7 for the remaining samples on the

work list.

Power-on / Daily checks

1. Power on the analyzer.

2. Login.

3. Empty waste area (if necessary).

4. Check paper.
