OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Place a cup underneath the drain, then pull
the lever down to squeeze juice from the
fruit. Continue pulling down until the lever
will no longer move.
Slice fruit in half, then place fruit face down
on the strainer.

CLEANING
CAUTION: Only the stainless steel strainer and cone may be cleaned in the
dishwasher. All other parts must be hand washed.
• Twist and li the strainer and drain to remove for cleaning. These parts
may be cleaned in a dishwasher.
• Clean the pressing cone using a damp towel.
• If joints on the sides become loose over time, use the included 4mm
Allen wrench to tighten them.
• If the strainer height must be adjusted, use the 5mm Allen wrench to
loosen the set screw on the back of the strainer support block. Move
the support block as needed, then retighten the set screw.
Li the lever back up.
Remove the fruit peel. Repeat process for
squeezing additional fruit.
