Wildcat 200 Running Gear (300 532)

Beware of electric shock from wiring. Stop engine and
disconnect negative (−) cable from battery before install-
ing this kit. Reinstall all panels and covers.

equipment damage. Use lifting eye to lift unit and properly
installed accessories only, NOT gas cylinders. Do not
exceed maximum lifting eye weight rating. Lift and sup-
port only with proper equipment and correct procedures.

2. Assembling Of Running Gear (300 532)

Assembly:
Install caster mounting bracket (item 11)
onto base rails (6, 13) using screws (16).
Install casters (12), onto mounting bracket
using hardware (5, 7). Assemble axle (8)
and wheels (9) (valve stems out) onto rails
(6, 13), and secure (15, 10).
Install onto welding generator using hard-
ware (5, 7).
Mount handle (1). Do not tighten hard-
ware. Install crossmember (3) and tighten
all hardware (2, 4, 14).
