Getting started

Important Information Regarding Set-Up

If your player was previously connected via WiFi, you will need to

connect it via WiFi again. If your previous media player was connected

via coaxial cable or Ethernet cable, it will need to be connected via

coaxial cable or Ethernet. There is a limit of two devices maximum that

can be connected by WiFi in your home.

1. Plug one end of the power supply in to the new player and the other

end in to an electrical outlet. Attach the HDMI cord to the Media Player

and the TV (using your existing HDMI cord). Allow it to boot up to the

Main Menu.

2. Scroll and select Wireless Network Status from the main menu.

3. Click on Connect using WPS.

4. Go to the Gateway (not the Media Player) and press the WPS button

on the back, as circled below.

5. If you have an Enhanced Wireless Modem from Northwestel (Hitron),

press the WPS button located on the front of your modem, as circled

below. If you don’t, skip to the next step.

6. Return to the TV where you installed the new Media Player and wait for

the system to reboot.
