The product has to be unplugged
after use and before cleaning or
maintaining the product.
This appliance has a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk
of electric shock, this plug is
intended to fit into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully into the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not modify the plug in any
way.
Always make sure that the power
plug is correctly inserted into the
wall socket.
The product is not to be used if
it has been dropped, if there are
visible signs of damage or if it is
leaking.
Before connecting the product
to the power supply, check that
the voltage and current rating
corresponds with the power
supply details shown on the
product’s rating label.

The water inlet must not be open

Do not touch hot surfaces and
beware of escaping steam. Hold
the product by its handle only.
Steam is very hot. Never put your
hands in front of the steam jet.
This product has been tested
and complies with the limits for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This product generates,
uses and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instructions, may cause harmful interference to
radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation. If this
product causes harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined
by turning the product off and on, the user is
encouraged to try and correct the interference by
one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the

manufacturer.
Do not operate the product with
an empty water tank.
Never direct the steam toward
people or animals. Hot steam can
cause serious injuries!
Do not add cleaning solutions,
scented perfumes, oils or any
other chemicals to the water tank
as this may damage the product.
Do not operate the product with
wet hands or while standing on a
wet floor. Do not touch the power
plug with wet hands.
Stop using the product if the anti-
kink protection on the power cord
is damaged!
Cleaning and storage
Always turn off the product
before disconnecting it from the
power supply.
Do not pull the power plug out
of the wall socket by the power
cord. Do not wrap the power
cord around the product.
Protect the product, its power
cord and power plug against
dust, direct sunlight, dripping and
splashing water.
Store the product in a cool, dry
place, protected from moisture
and out of the reach of children.
Protect the product against heat.
Do not place the product close to
open flames or heat sources such
as stoves or heating appliances.
Before first use
Remove all packaging materials. Check if all
parts are complete.

your tap water is hard, use distilled water. Where
the water is moderately hard, mix distilled water
and tap water (ratio of 1:1).
Checking the water hardness: Use a test strip or
ask the water supplier.

Removing limescale
If the steam power reduces drastically, it may
be necessary to remove the limescale from the
product/accessories:
Switch off the product. Fill the water tank

a mixture of tap water and vinegar (ratio of 2:1).
Install the accessory you wish to remove the
limescale from (if any).
Secure the position of the product to ensure that
the steam is aimed away from the surrounding
objects and surfaces.
Turn on the product. Operate the product until all
the mixture is used up.
Storage
Store the product in the original packaging when
it is not in use.
Store the product at a dry location out of the
reach of children.
Store the product with an emptied water tank

Three year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
Damage not caused by normal wear and tear
or failure to follow the safety and maintenance
instructions provided in the user manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear of the product, including
fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);
Improper use or transport;
Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;
Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire,
water, etc.);
Tampering with the product (such as removing
cover, unscrewing screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also not
covered under this warranty. However, some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and
warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, product will either be refunded or
replaced.
What will we not do?
