a quality product. The instructions for use are a part
of the product. They contain important information
about the safety, use and disposal of the product.
Before using the product, please learn about all
the safety information and usage instructions. Only
use the product as described and for the specified
applications. If you lend the product to someone else,
please also give all the instructions.
Intended use
This product is designed for making waffles, donuts
and shaped waffles. Do not use it for any other
purpose.
This product is only intended for private household
use, not for commercial purposes.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages
caused by improper use.
Scope of delivery
After unpacking the product, check if the delivery
is complete and if all parts are in good condition.

The product must not be left

Do not move the product while it
is in operation.
Do not use the product without an
inserted set of plates.
Do not place the product on hot
plates (gas, electric, coal cooking
range, etc.). Operate the product
on a level, stable, clean, heat-
resistant and dry surface.
Do not cover the product while it
is in use or shortly after use when
it is still hot.
Make sure that the power cord
is not pinched by the plates nor
touches the rim of the plates.
The use of extension cords is not
recommended. If the use of an
extension cord is necessary, it
must be designed for a current
flow of at least 10 A.
Lay cords in such a way that
they may not be tripped over or
otherwise damaged.
Cleaning and storage

Disconnect the product from the

Before first use
Remove the packaging. Check if all parts are
complete.
During production, some parts are covered with
a thin oil film for their protection. Before first use,
operate the product without any batter so that
any potential residues may evaporate.
Clean the product and its accessories (see the
“Cleaning and care” section).
The first few times the product is
heated up, a faint odor may be present. Ensure
sufficient ventilation in the area.
Discard the first set of waffles / donuts.

Installing the plates
Open the lock [1]. Open the product.
Place the inner catch [

Push down the plate until it clicks into place.
Repeat on the other side of the product.
Install only plates of the same type.

Operation
Preparation: Grease both exchangeable plates
[] [] [] [] with suitable cooking oil.
Turning on/off
Turning the product on: Connect the power
plug[4] to a suitable wall outlet. The red
indicator [2] lights up.
Turning the product off: Disconnect the power
plug[4] from the wall outlet. The red indicator [2]
goes off.

The baking temperature
has been reached.
During operation, the green indicator
[3] goes on and off from time to time. This
indicates that the product is reheating to the
baking temperature.
Baking waffles/donuts/shaped
waffles
Keep the product locked while preheating.
Do not overfill the lower plate [] [] [] [] with
batter.
Preheat until the green indicator [3] lights up.
Open the lock [1]. Open the product.
Use a wooden or heat-resistant plastic ladle to
pour batter onto the lower plate [] [] [] [].
Do not use metal ladles, as this could damage the
non-stick surface of the plates.
Close the product. Close the lock [1]. The batter
is now baked (see the “Recipes” section for
estimated baking times).
The baking process takes approx. 3 to 7 minutes.
Depending on how brown you want your waffles
to be, the baking time may be shortened or
increased.
Suggested baking times (for reference only):
5 – 7 minutes for waffles
2.5 – 5 minutes for donuts
7 minutes for shaped waffles
While the waffles are baking, the green indicator
[3] will turn off and on again. This is to regulate
the required operating temperature.
Removing waffles / donuts / shaped
waffles: Use a plastic or wooden spatula or
some other suitable non-metallic tools to avoid
damaging the non-stick coating.
When baking is complete: Disconnect the power
plug [4] from the wall outlet.

Belgian waffles
Plates:

Ingredients:
5 Eggs, separated
8.8 oz (250 g) Butter, melted
7.1 oz (200 g) Sugar
13.5 fl oz (400 ml) Milk
17.6 oz (500 g) Flour
2 packets Vanilla sugar
0.2 oz (5 g) Baking powder

Preparation:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the egg white and the sugar until
stiff. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add milk
and melted butter and mix together.
In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add
the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg white.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 5 minutes (until golden brown and
fully formed, but soft to the touch).
Blueberry waffles

2 Eggs, separated
3.5oz (100g) Sugar
3.5 oz (100g) Unsalted butter, melted
5.4fl oz (160ml) Milk
7 oz (200g) All-purpose flour
½ tsp Baking powder
4.6 oz (130g) Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the egg white and the sugar until
stiff. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add milk
and melted butter and mix together.
In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add
the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg white. Fold in the
blueberries.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 5 minutes (until golden brown and
fully formed, but soft to the touch).
Ham and cheese waffles

1.7 oz (50g) Sugar
5.3 oz (150g) Unsalted butter, melted
16.9 fl oz (500ml) Milk
14.8 oz (420g) All-purpose flour
3 tsp Baking powder
5.3 oz (150g) Ham, diced
5.3oz (150g) Shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the egg white and the sugar until
stiff. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add milk
and melted butter and mix together.
In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add
the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg white.
Fold in the diced ham and the shredded cheddar
cheese.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the potato mixture onto the lower
plate. Bake for about 7 minutes (until golden
brown and fully formed, but soft to the touch).

1 oz (30g) Matcha green tea powder
Optional toppings: Green tea ice cream, matcha
green tea powder
Preparation (waffles):
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the egg white and the sugar until
stiff. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add milk
and melted butter and mix together.
In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add
the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg white.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 5 minutes (until golden brown and
fully formed, but soft to the touch).
Preparation (matcha chocolate sauce):
Place all ingredients into a heat-proof bowl
(stainless steel or tempered glass).
In a saucepan, bring about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of
water to a simmer.
Place the bowl over the simmering water.
When the mixture has melted, remove the bowl
from the heat. Stir and mix well. The matcha
chocolate sauce is ready to be served.
Brownie Belgian waffles
Plates:

2 Eggs, separated
5.3 oz (150g) Sugar
3.5 oz (100g) Unsalted butter, melted
5.4 fl oz (160ml) Milk
5.6 oz (160g) All-purpose flour

3.5 oz (100g) Mini chocolate chips
Optional toppings: Vanilla ice cream, chocolate
sauce, powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the egg white and the sugar until
stiff. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add milk
and melted butter and mix together.
In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add
the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the beaten egg white.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 5 minutes (until golden brown and
fully formed, but soft to the touch).
Serve with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream or

Preparation:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar into a
fluffy light yellow mixture.
Add melted butter to the mixture and mix well.
Sift the flour and add the warm water to the
mixture. Beat and mix well at low speed until
smooth.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 7 minutes (until golden brown and
fully formed, but soft to the touch).
Basic donuts
Plates:
Donut plates (upper and lower plate) [

Ingredients:
9.17 oz (260 g) Flour
4.6 oz (130 g) Sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
8.4 fl oz (250 ml) Milk
3Eggs
5 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 oz (30 g) Baking powder
Preparation:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla sugar and the
sugar into a fluffy light yellow mixture.
Add vegetable oil and milk to the mixture. Beat at
low speed until smooth.
Sift in the flour and baking powder to the mixture.
Beat and mix at low speed until smooth.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 2.5 minutes (until golden brown
and fully formed, but soft to the touch).
Glazed chocolate donuts
Plates:

Ingredients:
Chocolate donuts:
7oz (200g) Unsalted butter, softened
6.3oz (180g) Sugar
3Eggs
5.6oz (160g) All-purpose flour
1.4oz (40g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 fl oz (60ml) Milk
3.5oz (100g) Chocolate chips
Chocolate glaze:
1.8oz (50g) Chocolate (50%) (coarsely
chopped)
0.7oz (20g) Cocoa butter
Preparation for chocolate donuts:
Preheat the product.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat the softened butter and
the sugar into a fluffy light yellow mixture. Add
13 of the whisked egg to the mixture and beat
at the lowest speed until well mixed. Repeat the
same procedure by adding the remaining 23 of
the whisked egg to the mixture and beat at the
lowest speed until well mixed. Do not over-beat
the mixture.
Sift the all-purpose flour and the unsweetened
cocoa powder into the mixture. Add the milk and
mix until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spray the upper and lower plate with cooking
butter spray.
Evenly spoon the batter onto the lower plate.
Bake for about 4 minutes (until fully formed, but
soft to the touch).
Take out the donuts to cool down.
Preparation for chocolate glaze
Place the chopped chocolate and the cocoa
butter in a heat-proof bowl (stainless steel or
tempered glass).
In a saucepan, bring about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of
water to a simmer.
Place the bowl over the simmering water.
When the mixture has melted: Remove the bowl
from the heat. Stir and mix well.
Let the chocolate glaze cool a little before use.
Dip one side of the donut into the chocolate
glaze. Immediately turn up the glazed side. Place
the donut onto a cooling rack for a few minutes
to dry.
Optional: Before chocolate glaze dries: Sprinkle
with rainbow sprinkles or mini marshmallows.
Cleaning and care
Risk of electric shock! Before
cleaning: Always disconnect the product from the
wall outlet.
Risk of burns! Do not clean the
product right after operation. Let the product cool
first.
Do not immerse the product’s
electrical components in water or other liquids.
Never hold the product under running water.
Clean the product right after it has
cooled. Once food residue has dried, it is not
easy to remove.

Three year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.
Damage not caused by normal wear and tear
or failure to follow the safety and maintenance
instructions provided in the user manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear of the product, including
fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);
Improper use or transport;
Disregarding safety and maintenance instructions;
Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire,
water, etc.).
Tampering with the product (such as removing
cover, unscrewing screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also not
covered under this warranty. However, some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and
warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, product will either be refunded or
replaced.
