WARNINGS

General

• Do not use any sharp tools to open the

packaging.

• We strongly advise against using power tools.

Product

• Do not drag the table, but carry it with minimum

2 people.

• Anchoring the product has to be done by

qualiﬁed people.

• For anchoring: use suitable bolts or screws from

a specialized store depending on the material

your terrace is made of.

Powder coating

• White powder coating requires more

maintenance.

• Do not use abrasive scouring powders or

scourers as they will scratch the surface.

• Color can fade to some extent when exposed to

UV.

• Flame retarding - NEN-EN13501-1 A2-sl -

Satisfying the same criteria as Class B for the

SBI-test according to EN13823. In addition,

under conditions of a fully developed ﬁre these

products will nog signiﬁcantly contribute to the

ﬁre load and ﬁre growth.

• Dark colors can get very hot in sunny weather.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Lighting & electricity module - p6

1. Remove the side plate with hole by unscrewing

the four bolts and set everything aside.

2. Remove the large cover plate from the top proﬁle.

3. Slide the lighting & electricity module in the

top proﬁle. Attention: make sure the lighting &

electriﬁcation is facing downwards.

4. Reattach the side plate with the four screws.

Attention: make sure the electricity cable goes

through the hole of the side plate.

Position the top proﬁle between the two A-frames.

a. Make sure the electricity cables goes through

the hole of the A-frame and faces towards the

socket you want to use. Connect the power

supply to this connector.

b. Slide the top proﬁle over the adjusting screws

so that it is correctly located so that it already

stays in place.

c. First screw an M10 cap nut & washer onto the

two adjusting screws to hold the top proﬁle in

place.

5. Make sure the lighting & electricity module is

centered. Now insert two small cover plates to

the top proﬁle, left and right next to the lighting

& electricity module, with the recess facing

outwards as shown in the drawing.

Now go back the step 5 of the manual LAB152.

Connecting multiple lighting & electricity

modules - p10

1. Remove the side plate with hole by unscrewing

the four bolts and set everything aside.

2. Remove the large cover plate from the top proﬁle.

3. Slide the lighting & electricity module in the

top proﬁle. Attention: make sure the lighting &

electriﬁcation is facing downwards.

4. Reattach the side plate with the four screws.

Attention: make sure the electricity cable goes

through the hole of the side plate.

5. Position the top proﬁle between the two A-frames.

a. Make sure the electricity cables goes through

the hole of the A-frame and faces towards the

socket you want to use. Connect the power

supply to this connector.

b. Slide the top proﬁle over the adjusting screws

so that it is correctly located so that it already

stays in place.

c. First screw an M10 cap nut & washer onto the

two adjusting screws to hold the top proﬁle in

place.

6. Then repeat the procedure for the second top

proﬁle and attach the two lighting & electricity

module to each other. Attention: male to female

as shown in the drawing.

7. Now screw an M10 cap nut & washer onto the

adjusting screws to hold the top proﬁle in place.

8. Make sure the lighting & electricity module is

centered. Now insert two small cover plates to

the top proﬁle, left and right next to the lighting

& electricity module, with the recess facing

Now go back the step 10 of the manual LAB152.

MAINTENANCE

Powder coating

CLEANING

Regularly

Use Extremis Multicleaner, a 100% biodegradable

detergent or common kitchen cleaning products.

Avoid using aggressive products. These surfaces are

best cleaned with a neutral cleaning product diluted

in water.

REMOVING STAINS

Only if nothing else helps

The magic eraser gets rid of most stubborn stains

without eort. Only if stubborn stains remain visible

after treatment according to the instructions, you

can use the Extremis Magic Eraser sponge. This

sponge is made of melamine resin and wears away

with use. The sponge is very easy to use and gives

results up to 26 times faster than a traditional mi-

croﬁbre cloth. The magic sponge is the solution for

getting rid of stubborn stains such as felt-tip pens,

grease, scu marks, limescale marks or coee and

tea stains. The magic sponge can be used on tar-

paulin fabric, plastic proﬁles, glass, steel, chrome,

aluminium, porcelain, artiﬁcial leather and many

types of ﬂoor.

REPAIRING DAMAGED POWDER COATING

When damaged

The impact of sharp objects can damage the

coating. Scratches or dents can be touched up with

our paint pens. However this only camouﬂages the

scratches without removing them.

• Gebruik geen scherp gereedschap om de

verpakking te openen.

• Kleuren kunnen van jaar tot jaar en van partij tot

partij verschillen.

Product

• Sleep de tafel niet, maar draag hem met minstens

2 personen.

• Het product moet worden verankerd door

gekwaliﬁceerde personen.

• Voor verankering: gebruik geschikte bouten

of schroeven uit een gespecialiseerde winkel,

afhankelijk van het materiaal waarvan uw terras

is gemaakt.

Poedercoating

• Witte poedercoating vereist meer onderhoud.

• Gebruik geen schuurpoeders of schuursponsjes

omdat deze krassen op het oppervlak

veroorzaken.

• De kleur kan in zekere mate vervagen bij

blootstelling aan uv-straling.

• Vlamvertragend - NEN-EN13501-1 A2-sl - Voldoet

aan dezelfde criteria als klasse B voor de SBI-

test volgens EN13823. Bovendien zullen deze

producten onder omstandigheden van een

volledig ontwikkelde brand geen signiﬁcante

bijdrage leveren aan de brandbelasting en

brandgroei.

• Donkere kleuren kunnen bij zonnig weer zeer

heet worden.

MONTAGE INSTRUCTIES

Verlichtings- en elektriciteitsmodule - p6

1. Verwijder de zijplaat met de opening door de vier

bouten los te draaien. Leg alles aan de kant.

2. Verwijder de grote afdekplaat onder het

bovenproﬁel.

3. Schuif de verlichtings- & elektriciteitsmodule

in het bovenproﬁel. Let op: de verlichting en

stopcontacten moeten naar beneden gericht zijn.

4. Monteer de zijplaat opnieuw met de vier bouten.

Let op: de elektriciteitskabel moet door de

opening in de zijplaat gaan.

5. 5. Plaats het bovenproﬁel tussen de twee

A-frames.

a. Zorg ervoor dat de elektriciteitskabel door de

opening in het A-frame gaat en in de richting

wijzen van het stopcontact dat u wilt gebruiken.

Sluit de voedingskabel aan op deze connector.

b. Schuif het bovenproﬁel over de stelschroeven,

zodat het proﬁel op de juiste hoogte hangt en niet

meer kan bewegen.

c. Draai een sluitring en M10 dopmoer op de twee

stelschroeven om het bovenproﬁel vast te maken.

6. Controleer of de verlichtings- &

elektriciteitsmodule mooi in het midden hangt.

Klik de twee kleine afdekplaatjes nu vast in het

linker- en rechteruiteinde van het bovenproﬁel,

naast de verlichtings- en elektriﬁcatiemodule.

Zorg ervoor dat de opening naar de buitenkant

gericht is, zoals op de tekening. Ga nu terug naar

stap 5 van de handleiding LAB152.

Verschillende verlichtings- en elektriciteitsmo-

dules met elkaar verbinden - p10

1. Verwijder de zijplaat met de opening door de vier

bouten los te draaien. Leg alles aan de kant.

2. Verwijder de grote afdekplaat onder het

bovenproﬁel.

3. Schuif de verlichtings- & elektriciteitsmodule

in het bovenproﬁel. Let op: de verlichting en

stopcontacten moeten naar beneden gericht zijn.

4. Monteer de zijplaat opnieuw met de vier bouten.

Let op: de elektriciteitskabel moet door de

opening in de zijplaat gaan.

Plaats het bovenproﬁel tussen de twee A-frames.

a. Zorg ervoor dat de elektriciteitskabel door

de opening in het A-frame gaat en in de richting

wijzen van het stopcontact dat u wilt gebruiken.

Sluit de voedingskabel aan op deze connector.

b. Schuif het bovenproﬁel over de stelschroeven,

zodat het proﬁel op de juiste hoogte hangt en niet

meer kan bewegen.

c. Draai een sluitring en M10 dopmoer op de twee

stelschroeven om het bovenproﬁel vast te maken.

5. Herhaal alle stappen voor het tweede

bovenproﬁel en verbind de twee verlichtings- en

elektriciteitsmodules. Let op: steek de uitstekende

bout van het ene bovenproﬁel in de opening van

het andere bovenproﬁel, zoals op de tekening.

6. Draai nu een sluitring en M10 dopmoer op de

stelschroeven om het bovenproﬁel vast te maken.

7. Controleer of de verlichtings- &

elektriciteitsmodule mooi in het midden hangt.

Klik de twee kleine afdekplaatjes nu vast in het

linker- en rechteruiteinde van het bovenproﬁel,

naast de verlichtings- en elektriﬁcatiemodule.

Zorg ervoor dat de opening naar de buitenkant

gericht is, zoals op de tekening. Ga nu terug naar

stap 10 van de handleiding LAB152.

Poedercoating

REINIGEN

Geregeld

Gebruik Extremis Multi Cleaner, een 100% bio-

logisch afbreekbaar schoonmaakmiddel, of een

gewoon schoonmaakmiddel zoals je in de keuken

gebruikt. Gebruik geen agressieve producten. Voor

deze oppervlakken gebruik je het best een neutraal

schoonmaakmiddel, verdund met water.

VLEKKEN VERWIJDEREN

Alleen als laatste redmiddel

Het wondersponsje verwijdert moeiteloos de meeste

hardnekkige vlekken. Je mag het Extremis wonder-

sponsje alleen gebruiken als hardnekkige vlekken na

een normale schoonmaakbeurt volgens de instructies

zichtbaar blijven. Dit sponsje is gemaakt van mela-

minehars en slijt naarmate het wordt gebruikt. Het

sponsje is zeer eenvoudig in gebruik en geeft tot 26x

sneller resultaat dan een traditionele microvezeldoek.

Het wondersponsje is de oplossing voor het verwijde-

ren van hardnekkige vlekken zoals stiftvlekken, vet,

schoenstrepen, kalkresten of koe- en theevlekken.

Het wondersponsje mag worden gebruikt op zeildoek,

kunststofproﬁelen, glas, staal, chroom, aluminium,

porselein, kunstleer en diverse vloeren.

BESCHADIGDE POEDERLAK HERSTELLEN

Indien beschadigd

Door impact van scherpe voorwerpen kan de lak

beschadigd raken. Krassen of putjes kunnen worden

bijgewerkt met onze verfstiften. Hiermee kun je ech-

ter alleen krassen camouﬂeren, de kras blijft echter.

• Nicht gratibeständig.

• Lassen Sie Kinder beim Spielen auf dem Tisch

nicht unbeaufsichtigt.

• Farben können über die Jahre und von Charge zu

Produkt

• Den Tisch nicht über den Boden ziehen, sondern

Pulverbeschichtung

• Weiße Pulverbeschichtung erfordert mehr

• Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden

Reinigungsmittel oder Topfreiniger, da diese die

Oberﬂäche verkratzen.

• Die Farbe kann unter UV-Belastung bis zu einem

gewissen Grad verblassen.

• Flammhemmend - NEN-EN13501-1 A2-sl - Erfüllt

die gleichen Kriterien wie Klasse B für die SBI-

Prüfung nach EN13823. Darüber hinaus werden

diese Produkte bei einem voll entwickelten

Feuer nicht wesentlich zur Brandlast und zur

Brandverbreitung beitragen.

• Dunkle Farben können bei sonnigem Wetter sehr

heiß werden.

MONTAGEANLEITUNGEN

Licht- und Strommodul - p6

1. Entfernen Sie seitliche Abdeckung mit Loch,

indem Sie die vier Schrauben lösen und legen Sie

alles beiseite.

2. Entfernen Sie die große Abdeckung oben.

3. Schieben Sie das Licht- und Strommodul in die

obere Schiene. Wichtig: Licht und Stromteil

müssen nach unten weisen.

4. Bringen Sie die seitliche Abdeckung mit den vier

Schrauben wieder an. Wichtig: Das Stromkabel

muss durch das Loch in der seitlichen Abdeckung

führen.

5. Positionieren Sie das obere Rohr zwischen den

beiden A-Rahmen.

a. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromkabel

durch das Loch des A-Rahmens geführt werden

und in Richtung der gewünschten Steckdose

zeigt. Schließen Sie die Stromkabel an diesen

Anschluss an.

b. Schieben Sie das obere Rohr über die

Einstellschrauben in die richtige Position.

c. Schrauben Sie zuerst eine M10-Überwurfmutter

und Unterlegscheibe auf die beiden

Einstellschrauben, um das obere Rohr zu ﬁxieren.

6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Licht- und

Strommodul zentriert ausgerichtet ist. Setzen Sie

jetzt zwei kleine Abdeckungen an den oberen

Rahmen, links und rechts neben das Licht- und

Strommodul. Die Aussparung sollte nach außen

zeigen, wie auf der Zeichnung gezeigt. Gehen Sie

jetzt zurück zu Schritt 5 der Anleitung LAB152.

Anschluss mehrer Licht-und Strommodule -

p10

1. Entfernen Sie seitliche Abdeckung mit Loch,

indem Sie die vier Schrauben lösen und legen Sie

alles beiseite.

2. Entfernen Sie die große Abdeckung oben.

3. Schieben Sie das Licht- und Strommodul in die

obere Schiene. Wichtig: Licht und Stromteil

müssen nach unten weisen.

4. Bringen Sie die seitliche Abdeckung mit den vier

Schrauben wieder an. Wichtig: Das Stromkabel

muss durch das Loch in der seitlichen Abdeckung

führen.

Positionieren Sie das obere Rohr zwischen den

beiden A-Rahmen.

a. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromkabel

durch das Loch des A-Rahmens geführt werden

und in Richtung der gewünschten Steckdose

zeigt. Schließen Sie die Stromkabel an diesen

Anschluss an.

b. Schieben Sie das obere Rohr über die

Einstellschrauben in die richtige Position.

c. Schrauben Sie zuerst eine M10-Überwurfmutter

und Unterlegscheibe auf die beiden

Einstellschrauben, um das obere Rohr zu ﬁxieren.

5. Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte für das zweite

obere Rohr und verbinden Sie die beiden Licht-

und Strommodule miteinander. Wichtig: Stecker

auf Buchse, wie in der Zeichnung gezeigt.

6. Schrauben Sie jetzt eine M10-Überwurfmutter

und Unterlegscheibe auf die Einstellschrauben,

um das obere Rohr zu ﬁxieren.

7. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Licht- und
