How to Replace Seat for Asari (Nuance) Chair

Step 2:

Detach the Arm from the chair.

Note: For Arm less chair remove the Arm plug screws and detach the plug.

Step 1:

Use Power driver to remove six M5 Screws.

Tools Required

Seat

Power Driver Torque Wrench 5mm Driver Bit T-25 Bit

4 mm Button Head Screw

4mm Hex Bit #2 Square bit T-15 Bit

Step 6:

Remove three T15 Screws to remove the height adjustable mechanism and

two 4mm button head screws from the bracket to remove the seat.

Step 4:

Remove the seat cover screws.

Step 3:

Remove T-25 Screw using a power driver. Detach the cover.

Step 5:

Detach the seat cover.

Note: For Arm less chair remove six 4mm button head screws.

Step 8:

Replace the new seat and secure two button head screws to x the seat

with the chair assembly. Secure three T15 scews to x the height adjustable

mechanism with the seat. Torque two 4mm button head screws to 85 in-lbs,

three T15 screws to 11.5 in-lbs.

Note: Refer Step 8a for seat alignment.

Step 7:

Detach the seat from the chair assembly.

Step 9:

Replace the seat cover and secure with four screws using power driver.

Torque to 20 in-lbs

Note: For Arm less chair install six 4mm button head screws. Torque to 85

in-lbs

Align the seat hole with the bracket hole

Step 11:

Replace the arm onto the chair. Complete the installation by securing the

arm with six M5 Screws. Torque screws to 85 in-lbs.

Step 11:

For arm less chair, place the arm plug in place and secure with the screws.

Torque to 20 in-lbs.

Step 10:

Replace the cover to the Jbar. Securing T-25 screw in place. Torque to 20

in-lbs.
