Replacement Procedures
(1) To have better access to the chain tesioner, Using a
Phillips screw driver remove 7 screws from the motor
cover.
(2) Remove 7 more screws from the other side of the
cover.
(3) Remove 3 screw located on the chain guard and
remove the chain guard.
(4) Using two 10MM wrenches loosen up the luck nut
that secures the tensioner on to the fork and remove it.
(5) Chain tensioner roller should always be on the outter
side of the chain putting pressure against the chain.
Reverse the procedures to install.
Attention: Charge battery 12 hours before using
