• This appliance is intended for private household use only.
It is not intended for commercial/industrial or trade use. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not use this stick mixer for anything other than its intended purpose, and
only use it as described in this manual.
Any other use is not recommended and may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Misuse of the appliance may result in potential injury, risk of fire and/or electric
shock. We accept no liability for any eventual damages or injury misuse of the
product or noncompliance with the instructions.
• DO NOT operate the stick mixer under the following conditions:
* In a damp place or in areas with high humidity (such as in a bathroom)
* On or near a hot cooktop, in a heated oven, or near an open flame.
* On a metal tray.
* In confined spaces or under overhanging furniture/structures.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended in this manual may cause
electric shock, fire or personal injuries.
• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the
bowl and during cleaning.
• Be careful if hot liquid is pured into the food processor or blender as it can
be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
The blades are very sharp! To avoid injuries,
please handle blades with utmost care.

• Do not leave the stick mixer unattended when the power is turned on.
• Always unplug the stick mixer from the outlet when it is not in use.
To disconnect, turn o the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the
wall. Grip the plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
CAUTION: Unplug the stick mixer and allow it to cool before cleaning and
maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
• Do not touch any part of the stick mixer housing when it is in use.
• Take care when handling the stick mixer during use.
Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet correspond to the one
shown on the rating plate.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a
authorized service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
Always disconnect the product from the supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
Do not immerse upper part of stick mixer into water as this would give rise to
electric shock.
Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near
children or infirm persons.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk
of severe injury to persons or damage to the stick mixer. A scraper may be
used but must be used only when the stick mixer is not running.
The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry
substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first
putting bowl properly in place.

Be sure blender shaft is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause
injuries to persons.
Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
Before removing the lid from the jar, release the button and unplug the
appliance, wait until the blades have come to a complete stop.
Always remove the blade assembly before pouring contents from jar.
Be sure to switch o the appliance after each use of your food processor.
Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
The metal blades are extremely sharp,please handle carefully.
Always hold the blade stem instead of cutting edge when handling and
cleaning the blade.
Be care of potential injury from misuse.
• Switch o the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing
accessories or approvhing parts that move in use.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• This product has been packaged to protect it against transportation damage.
Unpack the appliance and keep the original packaging carton and materials
in a safe place. It will help prevent any damage if the product needs to be
transported in the future, and you can use it to store the appliance when it is
not in use. In the event that the packaging is to be disposed of, please recycle
it where possible.
• Plastic wrapping can be a suocation hazard for babies and young children, so
ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach and disposed of safely.
• Inspect all parts of the appliance for visual damage. Unwind the power cord
to its full length and inspect the cord and plug for damage. Do not use the
appliance if the appliance or its cord have been damaged or are not working
properly. In case of damage, contact our after sales support centre for advice.
Make sure you have read and understood all instructions and warnings in this
manual.
To remove dust from transport and storage, wash the blending shaft in
warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly, taking care not to cut yourself on the
sharp blade. Wipe the motor unit with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry
thoroughly.
WARNING: Never wash the stick mixer motor unit under water or immerse it in
water or other liquid.

TIPS
• To ensure smooth and consistent results, cut food into uniform sizes.
• When pureeing food, it is important to use enough liquid (water, juice, milk,
cream, broth, etc.) to have a smooth mixture. Add more liquids or soft solids to
adjust the consistency of the mixture.
• The appliance is not suitable for chopping extremely hard foods, such as ice
cubes, nutmeg, coee beans or whole grains.

Before the first use, clean the blender according to the section of “quick cleaning”.
The time running unit without load can’t exceed 15s.
Important: Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure that the hand-held
blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing
attachments.
USING YOUR BLENDER

Max operation duration per time should be less than 60 seconds,
and a 3-minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
1. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft
anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the
adverse direction.
2. Simply plug the hand-held blender into the power outlet.
3. Lower the hand-held blender into the food. Then press and hold the
low-speed button or high-speed button to start operating.
4. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing the low-speed button
or high-speed button.
5. When blending the banana, cut a small piece, and place it into a small jar,
then add milk, the max quantity of carrot can’t exceed 280g, water, 420g,
in every blending.

4. Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl, make sure the tuber on the inside wall
of the bowl aligns with the groove of the lid, then put down and press the lid
and it locks into position. (See Fig.2) The lid will upspring while you do not
press it, you may remove it at that time.
5. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid, and press the motor
unit to lock. The motor unit will upspring while you do not press it, you may
remove it at that time. (See Fig.3)

1. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface.
2. Assemble the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl, as shown in Fig.1.
3. Place food into the chopper bowl.

6. Lower the hand-held blender into the food. Then press and hold the
low-speed button or high-speed button to start operating.
7. To stop the appliance by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed
button of the motor unit.
8. After finishing chopping, unplug the power outlet first, then remove the motor
unit from the chopper lid by turning it in anti-clockwise. Then, you can take up
the motor unit and lid cover.

Caution:
-To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade on base without first
putting the bowl properly in place.
-Be sure the chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
-During operating or after chopping, for safety, you shall disassemble the
motor unit from the chopper lid first, then remove the chopper lid. Never
remove the chopper lid with the motor unit in place.

INSTRUCTION FOR EGG WHITE BEATER
Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 3-minute
rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
1. To assemble the egg white beater with the motor unit, turn the whisk
anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To disassemble, just turn in the
adverse direction.
2. Simply plug the hand-held blender to the power outlet.
3. Place egg white into the cup, generally, two eggs white is enough.
4. Lower the hand-held blender into the food. Then press and hold the
low-speed button or high-speed button to start operating.
5. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing the low-speed button or
high-speed button of the motor unit.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable stem.
Note: Do not immerse the detachable stem of the blender in water because
over time the lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
2. Wash the detachable stem under running water, without the use of abrasive
cleaner or detergents. After finishing cleaning the detachable stem, place it
upright so that any water which may have got in, can drain out. The stem
is a dishwashing-safe component.
3. Wash the cup, bowl, beater, and blade in warm soapy water. The bowl and
the beater are not recommended to place in the dishwashing machine as
the plastic component deteriorates through prolonged use of dishwasher
cleaning.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for
cleaning as an electric shock may occur.
5. Dry thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
Quick cleaning
Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half
filled with water and turn on for a few seconds.
