DESCRIPTION:
To maximize the efficiency of any operation,
Set-N-Serve offers a full line of adapter plates to
fit any 12” x 20” opening. When used with a hot
food well, a standard well can be used to hold
round inserts for soup, sauces, or gravy. A per-
forated adapter plate is available to keep prod-
uct moist or plain adapter to utilize a well as a
flat work surface. Adapters are available for cold
pans also, to hold salad bowls or dressing
inserts.
All adapter plates are constructed of rugged
stainless steel. A beaded edge prevents prod-
ucts from spilling to the pan below.

ADAPTER PLATE: Constructed of 18 gauge, type
304 stainless steel. A raised perimeter bead is die
stamped into each plate to prevent spillage to the pan
below.
