Q: What should be in this package include?
A: This package includes a wood color vintage record player, a 5V 1.5A power adapter, and user
instructions. If you are missing an accessory, please feel free to contact our after-sales

Q: I had missed my power cord. What is the voltage and amperage of the power cord?
A: The voltage runs with 110-240 V, and the power cord should be 5V 1.5A.
Q: What should I do if the turntable plastic cover cracked?
A: Please contact us at WOCKODER_20[email protected]om to get a free cover replacement.
Q: Can I use external speakers?
A: You can use the RCA line to connect the external speakers, and this record player can easy to
connect the Bluetooth(this record player only supports Bluetooth input and does not support
Bluetooth output, which means you can connect your phone via Bluetooth, but if you want to
connect an external speaker, you need to connect via RCA Cable. If you want to use headphones
to listen to music, you need to use a wired headset to insert the headphone jack on the record
player.)
Q: Why the black part of my record player looks separated？
A: We built-in spring design is added to our record player, all products are the same, it is normal
design to play.
Q: What should I do if the turntable keeps wobbling?
A: There are built-in springs inside the turntable to reduce absorption in order to protect the
turntable, so it's normal for little up and down slightly.
Q: What should I do when the sound does not play properly(skip)?
A: There're 3 reasons to make this happen:
① The stylus is not in the middle of the cartridge because when we remove the cover the stylus,
our hands will touch it unconsciously. Please make it back to the middle.
② The record vinyl is damaged because of long-time use and scratches on the surface. Pls try
another vinyl.
③ The stylus is damaged due to daily use. Please change to another stylus. And contact our
after-sales team:WOCKODER_2019@163.com to get a stylus correct video or a new needle.
Q: Does it come with a 45rpm adaptor?

This is a 3-speed record player,it can support 33,45,78 rpm selectable speed.
Q: How to connect the Bluetooth function?
A: Please turn on the turntable first, and you will see the flashing blue light. Then, keep the
tonearm in the arm holder and now you can turn on your Bluetooth to search the device name
"CODI"!After paring, and you can hear a voice "Di dong" which means paring successfully!
Q: How I can fast receive my package?
A: As all of our inventory was shipped by amazon you can contact the amazon buyer customer
