Modem Cradle Quick Guide

In addition to charging the terminal, the Modem Cradle is specifically designed for the portable terminal to
communicate with a remote device via the modem. Inside the package, you will find
To establish a connection, follow these steps –
1. Place the cradle on a flat and clean surface.
2. Connect the power adaptor to the power jack on the back of the cradle. Also, connect
the power supply cord to the power adaptor and a proper power outlet.
3. Seat the terminal in the cradle for charging.
4. For data communications with a remote device, connect the telephone line to the line
jack. You may use the phone cord to connect between a telephone and the cradle via
the phone jack.
5. To prevent from power surge, you may purchase a surge protector separately.
Connect the surge protector between the line jack and the phone line.
