Unscrew the glass
bracket. Use
bracket as shown
to hook the glass
gently pulling
towards you.
Remove glass and
set in a safe place.

Unscrew four screws located on each side and remove the bracket.

Take out the media tray and mirror glass as shown.
Remove the media tray
NOTE: It is recommended to use
two people to remove the glass.
There are two holes at each side
behind the mirror glass. You can
put your finger in and take out the
glass. You can use one hand to lit
up the up panel let the glass easy
to be taken out.
Unscrew the part from the top panel
You can see the top panel. The part show at
the picture. Unscrew 10 screws. Using the
handle, lift the panel away from the unit.
Please unplug the internal wire. It is
better take a photo before you do it.

Unscrew 6 screws and take out the bad
heater. Replace a new one. Plug the internal
wire back and screw back all the part.
