Register your lock at kensington.com/register. You’ll find your lock’s six-number serial number on the lock head.
1. Secure the cable.
Secure the cable to a fixed point, such as a desk, by feeding the lock head through the cable loop.

For dual lock heads, ensure that the secondary lock head is within reach of the device to be secured.

2. Lock the device(s).
b. Release the button on the lock head. Turn the key counterclockwise to lock. Remove the key.
a. Insert the key into the lock. Turn the key clockwise to unlock.
Depress the button on the lock head and hold it down. While the lock head button is depressed, insert the lock head into the lock slot on the device.

3. Unlocking.
a. Insert the key into the lock and turn the key clockwise.
b. Depress the button on the lock head and hold it down. While the lock head button is depressed, remove the lock from the device lock slot.
