INTRODUCTION
This
unit
is
designed
for
cold
wire feed
and/or
fixture
start-stop
control.
The
following
four
adjustable
times
are
provided:
Wire
feed
start,
Wire
feed
stop,
fixture
start,
and
fixture
stop.
The
entire
circuitry
is
contained
in
a
metal
box
for
locating
on
top
or
near
the
machine.
The
unit
is
furnished
with
6
feet
of
cable
and
spade
lugs
for
connection
to
terminal
strip
under
lower
front
hinged
door
of
the
welding
ma
chine.
Four
single-turn
dials
adjust
the
times
independently,
each
0.1
to
10
seconds.
Start
delays
time
from
beginning
of
upslope.
Stop
delays
time
from
beginning
of
downslope.
Each
timer
actuates
a
set
of
single
pole
double
throw
2
ampere
contacts
wired
to
a
terminal
strip
for
operators
connections.
