PetSafe® brand is devoted to making sure you and your pet have what you need
to live your best life together. We know that safe pets make happy owners.
Welcome!
Using the slide buckle,
adjust the length of the
collar strap to fit your
dog. You may need to
remove soft points to
reduce the collar size.
After adjusting the collar
length, replace as many
removed soft points as
you can. Add remaining
soft points to the inner
strap of the loop created
by the slide buckle.
How to use the collar
Attach your dog’s leash to the D-ring on the Martingale
loop and take your dog for a walk.
When your dog pulls, stop walking and wait for your dog
to return to your side. Do not tug on the leash; instead, let
your dog’s pulling and the Soft Point Training Collar do the
work for you. Reward good behavior with treats and praise.
Remove the collar after each training session or walk
to give your dog a break.

Only use a 4 or 6 foot nylon leash

If the rings move toward
one another, but stop an
inch apart, the collar is
fit correctly.
If the rings slide
together easily, the
collar is too loose.
To check the fit, pull lightly on the Martingale loop
and observe the two slide rings holding the loop:
Check your fit
*The collar should feel slightly loose when properly fit.
This is to ensure the Martingale loop has enough room
to tighten and provide even pressure to correct pulling.
