Hang grease clip from center of grill bottom.

Use an empty soup can (not included) to hang

from grease clip.

1 Grease Clip

1 Tank Wire Support Bracket

LP tank is sold separately. Use only with an

(over-fill protection device) OPD equipped LP tank.

Fill and leak check before attaching to grill and regulator.

CAUTION

• Failure to install can in clip will cause hot grease

to drip from bottom of grill with risk of fire or

property damage.

• Tank collar opening must face to front of cart

once tank is attached.

• Failure to install tank correctly may allow gas

hose to be damaged in operation, resulting in

the risk of fire.

Insert pivot wire of Warming

Rack into Lid. Flex leg

wires to insert into Grill

Bottom.

Place Cooking Grate

into Grill Bottom.

Leg wires on Warming Rack

must run underneath surface.

6 Carriage Bolts

6 Wing Nuts

Place Bottom Shelf and Legs as shown.

After assembling tighten all Wing Nuts.

Right Side:

Attach 2 Carriage Bolts and Wing Nuts in

front and back.

Left Side:

Place 1 Carriage Bolt

and Wing Nut in upper hole only

4 Wing Screws

1 Rotisserie Knob

Assemble front panel by placing

tabs into slots on Bottom Shelf.

Attach with push pins.

A Place Wire Shelf in 3rd hole from top.

Attach Wheels with Hitch Pins

4 Wing Nuts

1 Crown Screw or Wing Screw

A Push End Caps into Legs.

B Attach Toolholder with Carriage Bolt and Wing Nut in right hole.

C Sideburner Body and Frame attach with a Carriage Bolt and Wing Nut to back center hole.

D In front use a Crown Screw or Wing Screw to attach Sideburner Body.

1 Sideburner

1 Sideburner Valve Cup

1 Sideburner Knob

1 Sideburner Grate

1 Sideburner Wire

Place Sideburner into hole.

Attach Sideburner Valve Cup. Make sure

Sideburner Tube is inside of valve. Tighten

with Wing Nut.

Place Sideburner Knob and Grate

Correctly assembled Sideburner Tube in Valve

Attach long wire from beneath console

to electrode beneath Sideburner.

“R”

Left

Note: On the underside of the lamp assemblies are “L” for left side

and “R” for right side. Match to letters on the handle.

Attach right and left lamp assemblies to lid with either thumbscrews

or Phillips head screws provided. Do not overtighten screws.

Overtightening will cause handle to crack.

CAUTION: To prevent a shorting condition make sure

the lamp assemblies are fully inserted into casting.

Items to Assemble

1 Rotisserie Burner

1st: Shape Tubing around leg as shown.

2nd: Place Gas Tube onto back of grill

3rd: Insert Hinge Pin into clip on Gas Tube. Attach with Hitch Pin.

4th: Slide Rotisserie Burner Tube onto Gas Tube . Attach Rotisserie Burner with Hinge Pin and Hitch Pin.

5th: Attach flat end of Rotisserie Ignitor Wire to Electrode

6th: Place Shield over Burner Tube, secure with thumbscrew.

Tubing must not have any kinks or loops to work properly.

NOTE: Direction Hinge Pins and Hitch Pins are shown.

Porcelain part of Electrode must remain on outside of grill.

After connecting Electrode tip inside Rotisserie may have to be

adjusted toward second burner hole.

Push V-Bar down onto rest in Grill bottom

Make sure all hoses are under grill bottom.
