BADFISH 5’9 INFLATABLE SK8 RIVER SURFBOARD
Thanks for purchasing the ISK8, a revolutionary river surfing tool. This board is meant to be
used as a prone (no paddle) surfboard for river waves. The ISK8 is built to last, but with a few
simple steps you will get a longer life from your board and reduce the chance of having issues.
1. The recommended inflation is 17PSI however you may, in certain circumstances, wish to
inflate the board to 20PSI to improve performance of the board. However always bleed
some air from the board when you are off the water.
2. Do not leave your board in the sun for extended periods of time. If you are traveling
with the board inflated on your roof rack, bleed some air before tying the board down.
3. When you store your board for extended periods of time we recommend storing it flat
and deflated, in a dry place, out of direct sunlight.
4. Clean and treat the board once a year with 303 Protectant.
5. Don’t drag your board. These boards are durable, however repeated abrasion from
dragging will result in damage to the board.
HOW TO INFLATE YOUR BOARD
Step 1: Unroll your board and prepare to inflate.
2
Step 2: Twist off valve cap and depress valve pin to pop it out to closed position (valve is open when
down, closed when up).
Step 3: Attach end of hose to valve, line up tabs and twist to lock in place. Follow the instructions
printed on the included dual action pump to inflate.
3
Step 4: Install Click-Fins. For details on installing Click-Fins see video at: https://vimeo.com/217423466
4
Step 5: Proceed to nearest river wave and shred!
