i-Station TimeCurve (WIS195) - User Manual
Thank you for purchasing the Logic3 i-Station TimeCurve. As with all Logic3 products it has been built to the
highest manufacturing standards and tested throughout its development, to ensure you get the best possible
product. Please read through and familiarize yourself with this manual before you use the i-Station
TimeCurve.

Set up of i-Station TimeCurve
1. Select and fit the correct plug adapter to suit your power supply (UK 3pin / Euro 2 Pin).
2. Connect the mains AC Adapter to the TimeCurve (DC in).
3. Plug the adapter to your mains supply and turn ON the power.

Setting of Time/Date
1. Press and hold the ‘Time’’ button (Time will flash)
2. Using the ‘Volume button set the time format (24hr/12hr).
3. Press the ‘Preset/Set’ button (Hour Unit will Flash)
4. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Hour.
5. Press the Preset/Set button (Minutes Unit will Flash)
6. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Minutes.
7. Press the Preset/Set button (Year will flash)
8. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Year.
9. Press the Preset/Set button (Month will flash)
10. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Month.
11. Press the Preset/Set button (Date will flash)
12. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Date.
13. Press the Preset/Set button (Day will flash)
14. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Day.
15. Press the Preset/Set button to save the settings.
Setting of Alarm
1. Press ‘Alarm button once, Volume and Source will flash on the display (if no buttons are pressed for
10seconds the display will return to the current time display).
2. Using the Volume buttons set the volume level of the Alarm.
3. Press ‘Alarm’ button to set the Reccurence of the Alarm
4. Press ‘Power/Source’ button to set the source you wish to wake up to
5. Press the ‘Preset/Set’ button (Hour Unit will Flash)
6. Using the ‘Tuning’ or ‘Volume’ buttons set the Hour.
7. Press the Preset/Set button (Minutes Unit will Flash)
8. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Minutes
9. Press the Preset/Set button to save the settings.
7 Days (Everyday Alarm is active)
5 Days (Mon-Fri Alarm is active)

Setting of Sleep mode
The Sleep time can be adjusted to the users preference.
1. In any source mode Press and hold the Alarmbutton for 1second.
2. Sleep time will be displayed on the screen.
3. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the duration of the Sleep mode (OFF, 15, 30, 45, 60)
4. Once you have selected your Sleep time an icon will be displayed on the top right of the display.
5. Display will automatically return to the current time display after 10 seconds.
6. The Sleep time will be counted down, to show the remaining Sleep time press and hold the ‘Alarm’
button.
Setting the Radio
Only 6 Preset can be saved at any one time.
1. Un- tie the antenna cable and position the antenna as high up as possible.
2. Press and hold the ‘Power/Source’ button to turn on the Radio.
3. Select Radio by pressing the ‘Power/Source’ Button.
4. Using the Tuning buttons set the required radio frequency (Pressing the Tuning button once will
manually Tune the radio, Press and Hold the Tuning button will Auto search the radio)
5. Press and hold the Preset/Set button (Program number will then flash)
6. Using the Tuning or Volume buttons set the Program number you wish to save the radio station to.
7. Press the Preset/Set button to save the settings.
To Recall a Preset Radio Station
1. Press the Preset/Set Button and the Program number will appear on the display
2. Pressing the ‘Preset/Set’ button again will toggle through the Preset stations (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6)
3. If no buttons are pressed for 10seconds the display will return to the current time display
Switching Off the Alarm/Snooze Function
1. Press the ‘Snooze/Dimmer’ button when the alarm is ringing, the alarm will be silenced for 5minutes.
2. To switch OFF the Alarm when the Alarm has gone off Press the ‘Power/Sourcebutton.
Selecting a source (iPhone/iPod, Radio or AUX)
1. Press the ‘Power/Source’ button.
2. Press the ‘Power/Source’ button again until you have selected your source
To adjust the Display dimmer level
1. Press the ‘Snooze/Dimmer’ button (when the alarm is not ringing), there are 3 levels of dimming.
Set Up of Line in
The i-Station TimeCurve also offers the ability to allow other portable audio devices such as iPod shuffle,
MP3, MiniDisc and Portable CD Players to be connected for use as a speaker system.
1. Connect a 3.5mm Audio-In cable (not included) into the headphone socket of your audio device and
to the ‘Line IN’ connection on the back of the unit.
2. Press the ‘Power/Source’ button to select the ‘AUX’ function. The ‘AUX’ symbol will appear on the
front display.
3. You can now use the WIS195 to play sound from your external audio devices.
NOTE: Remember to remove the line in cable when using the docking station as the line in cable will
override any sound coming from the docking station.
Hotel Mode
Press the ‘Alarm’ and the ’Volume Up Button simultaneously to toggle hotel mode operation.
Trouble Shooting
Problem
What Should I do?
FM Radio not clear / Radio station not found
Re-position the antenna cable until the station sounds clearer
Alarm is not ringing daily
Ensure the 7 or 5 day alarm setting is active (see Setting of
Alarm)
iPod/iPhone is not waking up as the Alarm
Ensure the Alarm source is set to iPod/iPhone (see Setting of
Alarm)
No Sound
Ensure the line in cable is not plugged into the rear of the
TimeCurve
Check Play status on the iPhone/iPod.
Please try updating the firmware for your iPhone/iPod using the
latest iTunes which is available from
www.apple.com/ipod/download
