INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on the purchase of this Wireless Monitor, which incorporates the latest
advanced technology. We are sure that you will be pleased with the quality and
features of this product but recommend that you read these instructions fully to get the
best from your purchase.
This 2.4GHz DIGITAL Colour LCD A/V Wireless Monitor enables you to transmit
picture and sound signals cordlessly, which is ideal for many situations such as
monitoring a baby, young children or the elderly. It can also be used for household
security or as an office or warehouse surveillance system etc.
MAIN FEATURES
This Wireless Monitor transmits picture and sound signals instantly with a two-way
communication function; it allows you to send lullabies and talk to your baby anytime
you like.
When you select the AUTO mode on the camera and there is no noise around the
camera, it will stop transmitting and may appear to be off but is still listening while using
the minimum amount of power. The monitor screen will turn off when the camera is
not transmitting. To disable this function and view the monitored area continuously
you must select CAMERA mode on the camera.
Your Wireless Monitor can be powered by batteries or mains power. When fitting the

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read this instruction manual before using your Wireless Monitor for the first
time and keep safe for future reference.

BEFORE USE
Choosing a Location
Choose a location for the camera away from televisions, TV signal boosters and
radios. Strong radio signals generated by these products may cause noise or even
retransmitted images on the monitor unit. If this happens, move the camera to a
different location.
Connection of Power Supply
This Wireless Monitor is designed to be powered by either batteries or the supplied
AC/DC adaptors. Rechargeable battery for the monitor unit must be charged for at
least 8 hours before first use. Remember to connect the supplied adaptor or use with
4 x size AA alkaline batteries 1.5V (not supplied) with the camera for power supply.
Using the Batteries
The monitor unit requires a Li-ion rechargeable battery to operate. If
non-approved batteries are used, DO NOT connect the mains adaptor to either the
monitor unit or the camera unit.
Your Wireless Monitor is supplied with ONE Li-ion rechargeable battery. We
recommend that this be fitted to the monitor unit so that you can view the monitored
area at any location. Reconnect the monitor to the mains adaptor whenever
possible to maintain the portable viewing facility.
Installing/Removing Batteries
Monitor:
Undo the screw and remove the battery cover at the back of the unit.
Insert the supplied Li-ion battery in accordance with marking of the battery
compartment.
Refit the battery cover and secure with the screw.
Please note:
When the power LED indicator on the monitor unit starts to blink continuously
and MONITOR BATTERY LOW appears on the screen, it’s time to recharge the
battery.
Remove the battery from the unit during long period of non-use.
ATTENTION: When MONITOR BATTERY LOW once appears on the screen, you
cannot operate any functions at all. Please recharge the battery as soon as possible.
Using the Charger:
Plug the connector of the AC/DC adaptor to the DC Power Input (34) at the
back of the charger.
Plug the adaptor into a mains socket and the chargers Power LED Light (32)
will turn on.
Check that only approved Li-ion rechargeable battery is installed in the monitor.
Place the monitor onto the chargers Charging Contact Point (27)(28) and the
battery is recharging.
Using AC/DC Adaptor on Monitor:
Check that only approved Li-ion rechargeable battery is installed in the monitor.
Plug the connector of the AC/DC adaptor to the DC Power Input (30) on the
monitor.
Plug the adaptor into a mains socket and the battery is recharging.
Switch on the power of the unit to operate.
Camera:
Undo the screw and remove the battery cover at the bottom of the unit.
Insert 4 x size AA alkaline batteries 1.5V (not supplied) in accordance with
marking of the battery compartment.
Refit the battery cover and secure with the screw.
Please note:
When the power LED indicator on the camera unit starts to blink continuously,
it’s time to change the batteries. It is advised to use the supplied AC/DC adaptor for
long hour use.
Remove the batteries from the unit during long period of non-use or when the
AC/DC adaptor is in use.
Warning:
Improper use of the AC/DC adaptor may cause malfunction of the units. Please consult
your dealer for any queries. Use only the AC/DC adaptors supplied in the packaging.
The monitor of your Wireless Monitor has a built-in recharging circuit. Before plugging
in the AC/DC adaptor, please make sure only approved Li-ion rechargeable battery (or
no battery) is inside the battery compartment.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To turn ON the camera unit, press the Power ON/OFF switch (1) located in the front
of the unit for about 1 second.
Automatic Infra-red Night Vision (7)
The infra-red night vision of the camera is designed to allow the camera to pick
up pictures at darkness or during periods of very low light level.
In this mode, only black and white image can be seen on the monitor and only
objects placed within 6ft/2m will be monitored.
The camera constantly monitors the light level by the Light Sensor (7) and
switches to the infra-red mode automatically whenever there is insufficient light for
normal vision so that you don’t need to risk disturbing your sleeping child.
Turning Circle to Adjust Viewing Angle (8)(9) /

The camera is featured with easily adjusted viewing angle. The outer and inner
turning circles (8)(9) can be used to adjust different viewing angles to view your baby
or the secured area. It can also be hanged onto wall for flexible monitoring.
High/Low Transmission (12)
When it is switched to the HI position, it can reach 300m in open field with its original
transmitting power. Whereas it is switched to the LOW position, the transmitting
distance is about 150m in open field.
Volume Control (High / Mid / Low) (13)
You may adjust the sound volume on the camera at your preferred level.
CAMERA/AUTO Mode Switch (14)
CAMERA In this mode, the camera transmits continuously, useful for
continuous monitoring of your child or secured area.
AUTO In this mode, the camera monitors your child or the secured area and
triggers the transmission whenever a noise is detected subject to the preset
sound level.
This mode is especially useful at night when no device is connected to the
camera as the camera is not transmitting when there is no sound, helping you
to sleep soundly. Whenever a noise is detected, the camera will resume
transmission alerting you to the activities of your child or in the secured area.
When you select this AUTO mode on the camera and if there is no noise
around the camera, it will stop transmitting and may appear to be off but it is
still listening while using the minimum power. The monitor screen will turn off
when the camera is not transmitting.
NOTE: TO DISABLE THIS AUTO FUNCTION, SELECT CAMERA MODE ON THE CAMERA.
Night Light (15)
To comfort your baby, the camera includes the night light function for use in
darkness. Simply switch to the ON position to turn on, and OFF to turn off. It
also has the AUTO mode to minimize the use of power. By turning to the AUTO
mode, the night light will automatically turn on as triggered by sound (voice
activation).
Press to Talk (16)
To talk to the baby, press and hold the Talk Button (16) on the monitor. The volume
is adjusted by the Volume Control Button (13) on the camera. After talk, release the
Talk Button and listen to the baby sound again. Please note that by pressing the
Talk Button, you can see all icon symbols displayed on the screen.
Mode Button (18) and Adjustment Button (+)(-) (17)(20)
Brightness, contrast, colour and volume can be adjusted by these buttons. Press
Mode Button (18) once, Brightness symbol first appears and it can be adjusted
by the Adjustment Button (+)/(-) (17)(20). The same can be done for Contrast ,
Colour and Volume .
If you dont want to hear sound but only video images, simply use the Adjustment
Button (-) (20) to decrease the volume level to zero. Please note that you can also
press the Adjustment Buttons to adjust the volume level directly.
Music Selection (21)
Press the Music Button (21) once to trigger the first lullaby broadcasted 1 on the
camera. Press again to switch to the second lullaby 2. Press one more time to
switch to the third lullaby 3. To stop lullaby , press the same button again. There
are three lullabies built-in for selection. The screen will show from 1 to 3 to
indicate your selection. The music volume is adjusted by the Volume Control Button
(13) on the camera. The chosen lullaby will continue to play non-stop until you stop
it.
Power ON/LCD OFF/OFF (22)
When the power switch is turned to LCD OFFposition, the camera is transmitting
whereas there is no image shown on the monitor. The unit is using a small amount of
power and you can still hear the sound signal from the monitored area. Turn the LCD
to ON position to view the image and to OFF position to turn off the monitor.
Out of Range Alarm (23)
When the monitor cannot receive transmission signal from the camera, the monitor
will emit beep sound (provided the Out of Range Alarm Button (23) is switched to the
ON position) and the screen will display No Signal for 30 seconds. After that, the
screen shut off.
In this case, please adjust the physical distance between the camera and the
monitor or to make sure the camera is functioning well. When this button is switched
to the OFF position, you can mute the beep sound for quiet environment but can
see the display of No Signal on the screen to alert you.
Channel Selection (25)
4 channels are provided to enable you to have more than one camera in use
with the same monitor. You can switch channels on the monitor by pressing the
Channel Button (25) at the back of the monitor.
When channel button is pressed once, it will change to next channel. Select the
channel (1, 2, 3 or 4) for the corresponding camera that has been assigned with
that specific channel number. The monitor and camera in original packaging are set
on Channel 1 by the manufacturer at factory.
Channel Matching (Pairing)
This product is designed to allow monitoring different areas with up to 4 cameras
(Channel 1, 2, 3 or 4 assigned to different cameras). The original monitor and
camera are set on Channel 1 by the manufacturer at factory. If you need to add
extra camera for monitoring, you need to choose a new channel to match the
new camera with the existing monitor.
Turn OFF both the monitor and the NEW camera first. Place them not more
than 2 feet apart.
Turn the monitor ON, at the same time, keep pushing the Channel Button
(25) at the back for about 3 sec. Pairing process is entered. The screen will
show up "PRESS CH BUTTON TO SELECT CHANNEL". PRESS +/-
BUTTON TO SET. PRESS MODE BUTTON TO ENTRY. Use the Channel
Button (25) to choose the required channel. For example, to choose
Channel 2.
Once Channel 2 is chosen. Use the Adjustment button (+) (-) (17)(20) to
choose PAIR. Then press Mode Button (18) to lead the whole monitor unit
into pairing situation. The screen will show up PAIRING...” meaning it is
ready to match with the new camera.
Then turn ON the NEW camera. Keep pushing the CODE Button through
the small hole at the back of the cameras front flap by using a pin. The
power LED indicator will start blinking, indicating pairing process is entered.
Remember the monitor unit must be under readiness situation as above
mentioned.
You can then release the CODE Button and its power LED indicator stops
blinking, indicating pairing successful. At the same time, the monitor units
screen will show up "PAIRING SUCCEED, CH2 SELECTED". PLEASE CH
BUTTON TO BACK MENU. PRESS MODE BUTTON TO EXIT MENU.”

displayed on the screen showing the channel you are in.
For matching with additional cameras, repeat the above process and select
Channel 3 or 4 by pressing the Channel Button (25) of the monitor.
Press the Channel Button (25) to see the images from different paired
cameras.
For deletion, press the Channel Button (25) at the back for about 3 sec. Press
this Channel Button again to select the channel to be deleted.
Use the Adjustment Button (+) (-) (17)(20) to choose DEL. Press the Mode
Button (18). The deletion process will be completed.
Channel Scanning Function (25)
This product enables you to use up to 4 different cameras with the same monitor to
monitor different areas as you need.
Press the Channel Button (25) until appears on the screen. Automatic
scanning function is initiated. The monitor will stay for 5 seconds with one camera
before automatically switched to the next one and repeat the cycle continuously.
To stop the scanning function, press the Channel Button (25) again to return to the
specific channel number.
LCD Screen Display
These icons can appear on the top part of the screen whenever the monitor is power
on. To see them, simply press the Talk Button (16). It will also display for a few
seconds when you press the Music Button (21).
