2 servings Sticky rice - 1 cup, Water - 2 cup
Instructions
1. Put sticky rice and water in a ware, close lid.
2. Put in oven and cook.
3. After cooking, stand for 2-3 minutes and serve.

Rice Porridge
with Pork
1 serving Cookedrice-1cup,Mincepork-½cup,Water-
500 ml, Oyster sauce - 1 tbs, Pepper - ¼ ts, Soy
sauce - 1 tbs, spring onions, coriander, celery for
sprinkle on top
Instructions
1. Mix minced pork, pepper, and oyster sauce together, mold into
a ball and stand for 5 minutes.
2. Put rolled pork, rice, water in a bowl. Add soy sauce, stir well.
Put them in oven and cook.
3. Sprinkle spring onions, celery, and coriander on top before
serve.
•
For the best cooking result, don’t use dilated rice.

1. Put instant noodle, minced pork, vegetable and egg together

4 servings Pork - 100 g, Packaged tofu - 2 pack, Dried
seaweed - ¼ cup, Water - 500 ml, Oyster sauce
- 1tbs, Fish sauce - 1 ts, Pepper - ¼ ts, Spring
onions-¼cup,Choppedcoriander-1tbs,For
sprinkle on top.
Instructions
1. Mix minced pork, oyster sauce, and pepper and stand for
5minutes.Rollintoaball.
2. Add rolled pork, tofu, water, and fish sauce in a ware. Put them
in oven and cook.
3. After cooking, sprinkle spring onions, chopped coriander, and a
little pepper on top.

4 servings Prawn - 150 g, Mushrooms - 1 cup, Sliced
galangals - 4 pieces, Shred kar lime leaf - 5,
Shred lemongrass - 2 trunk, Sida tomato - 4yield,
Water - 500 ml, Unsweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup, Fish sauce - 3 tbs, lime juice - 3 tbs,
Chilisauce-½tbs,PoundbirdChili-10pieces,
Corianderforsprinkleontop.
Instructions
1. Put galangals, lemongrass, kar lime, Sida tomato, chili sauce in
boiled water and Stir well.
2. Add prawn, mushroom, bird chili. Put them in oven and cook.
3. After cooking, add unsweetened condensed milk, fish sauce,
lime juice and stir well. Serve while hot.
•
If add peeled prawn heads, soup will fragrance and intensely.
