FAQ and Solutions
1. It’s not working. What should I do?
You can try the following solutions.
a. Unplug and re-plug the USB device again.
b. Restart the computer and have your computer search for the device again.
c. Check whether the connection to the motherboard is tight and secure.
d. Try installing the product on another computer to see if it works.
2. How do I know this product is compatible with my computer?
a. Make sure the front panel size of the CD/DVD ROM port is the same with that of the
product (120 x 100 x 25mm / 4.7 x 3.9 x 1.0in).
b. Make sure there is a USB 3.0 20-pin port on the motherboard.
c. Make sure your computer’s operating system meets the product requirements
(Windows 8.1 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP).

Open the back cover of the the computer tower case, connect the 20-pin USB 3.0 male
end to the female end on the motherboard and secure the panel with the provided
screws.
