INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please study these instructions carefully before installing your new stainless steel fuel line. If you have any questions or

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Refer to the hose installation tip illustrations below.
2. Apply light coat of oil to threads of each fitting except pipe thread end of 90-degree fitting.
3. Apply pipe sealant tape or wet sealant to pipe thread on 90-degree fitting before installing fitting into fuel pump.
4. On the big block only, the 45-degree hose end connects to the filter at the end of the hard line.
5. The braided stainless steel hose must not make any contact with electrical wires. If the steel braided hose is routed
near the alternator or any other electrical device, attention must be taken to ensure that all of the insulating boots
and retainers, etc., are in place.
6. Tighten all connections and check each connection for leaks.
Hose Installation Tip
A void inst alling the hose in a twisted position.
This can weaken your assembly and loosen
fitting connections when under pressure.
