Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the Monitor.
Store this manual, the completed warranty card, your receipt and the product packaging.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when
correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.
The lightning flash with symbol within the
triangle is intended to warn you of a
non-insulated dangerous voltage in the
product’s enclosure that could be of
sucient magnitude to generate a risk of
electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within the triangle
is intended to warn you to the presence
of important operating and maintenance
instructions in the documents included with
the product.

• Using Cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturer of the monitor.

and the product to a stable support.
• Do not place the product on cloth or other conductive materials.
• Warn children of the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the monitor
or its controls and to call for an adult to assist.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The cover (or back) of the unit should
not be removed to prevent risk of electric
shock.
This unit must be serviced by a qualified
service personnel only.
GENERAL SAFETY

Installation
Please follow instruction when installing this product in accordance with the instruction
manual. This product must be positioned in a suciently stable location, it can be
potentially hazardous due to falling and can cause injury, particularly to children if it
positioned incorrectly.
• Before installing this Monitor set, make sure your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage
stated on the product rating label
• Do not use a damaged power cord, plug or loose outlet. Doing so may cause an
electric shock.
• Do not plug several devices into the same outlet. Doing so may cause the outlet to
overheat and start a fire. Make sure the outlet is readily accessible during operation
of the equipment.
• Do not bend, twist or kink the power cord excessively.
• Do not allow anything to rest on or roll over the power cord and antenna cable.
Doing so may cause a fire or an electric shock.
• Do not run the power cord near heat-producing appliances such as radiators, stoves or
irons. The excessive heat could melt the insulation and expose live wires, resulting in
fire or electric shock.
• Unplug this Monitor during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
Not doing so may result in fire or electric shock.
• Do not cover the ventilation openings of the product with items such as newspapers,
tablecloths, curtains etc or insert objects into the slots available on the products.
As this could result in the product temperature rising and could cause a fire.
• If you notice any unusual odors or smoke around the unit, immediately disconnect the
unit from the outlet and contact the service center. Failure to do so may result in fire
or electric shock.
• When not using the unit for long periods of time or when you are moving the unit
please ensure to disconnect the power cord from the wall socket.
• Do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture as it may result in fire or an
electric shock hazard
• Do not tamper or change or modify the product in any way.
• Only use Accessories outlined and recommended by the manufacturer.
• Please do not expose the product to splashing or water contact
• Please do not place any object on top of the product including objects filled with liquids
such as vases.

Please make sure upon positioning this product, the place is:
Not wet or damp and Well ventilated
Away from direct sunlight or heaters.
Away from splashes or food.
Protected from excessive dust or grease.
Do not install this equipment in a confined space such as a bookcase or similar unit.
Do not install the Monitor set near heat sources such as radiators, stoves or other audio
visual equipment that produce heat.
Do not place containers with liquids, if liquid falls inside the products it may result in
short-circuit, fire or electric shock.
Do not use or store flammable or combustible materials near the unit. Doing so may
result in fire or explosion. Do not place any naked flame sources, such as lit candles,
cigarettes or incense sticks on top of the Monitor set.
Install the unit at a reasonable distance from the wall to ensure sucient ventilation.
If mains plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect
device shall remain readily operable.
GENERAL SAFETY CONT.
Please beware that Dust could accumulate over time on the unit and cause it to generate
heat and or deteriorate insulation, which in turn may result in an electrical fire.
The product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or young children of any age, They must be supervised
product by a person responsible for their safety.
To maintain the product do not use any chemical or cleaning agent or wet cloth, please
only ensure to utilize a dry cloth to wipe it down from marks or dust and only after
unplugging the product from the power socket.
Please ensure to contact our call center for any repair or service required for the products.
Make sure to always carry Monitor from the sides.
Do not carry the Monitor from the middle.

Install the stand as described below, or if you want to mount it to a wall, please contact
a professional installer. Please ensure the monitor is not plugged into the wall socket and
furthermore we recommend to get another person to assist in the following task.
Attaching the monitor base
Step 1 - Place the display on the soft desktop, and then fix the column with four BM4 *6
screws at the position shown in Fig. 1.
Step 2 - Fix the base on the column with BM5 *16 screws, as shown in Fig. 2.
Step 3 - Cover the screw cover plate, as shown in Fig. 3.
CAUTION!
Do not apply excessive force as this may damage the screw holes.

Do not allow anything to rest upon or roll over the power cord, and do not
place the display where the power cord is subject to damage.
Do not use this display near water such as near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen
sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool.
Displays are provided with ventilation openings in the cabinet to allow the
release of heat generated during operation. If there openings are blocked, the
built-up of heat can cause failures which may result in a fire hazard. Therefore,
NEVER:
Block the bottom ventilation slots by placing the display on a bed, sofa,
rug, etc.
Place the display in a built-in enclosure unless proper ventilation is
provided.
Cover the openings with cloth or other material.
Place the display near or over a radiator or heat source.
Do not rub or strike the Active Matrix LED with anything hard as this may
scratch or damage the Active Matrix LED permanently.
Do not press the LED screen with your finger for a long time as this may
cause some afterimages. Some dot defects may appear as Red, Green or Blue
spots on the screen. However, this will have no impact or eect on the display
performance.
If possible, use the recommended resolution to obtain the best image quality
for your LED display. If used under any mode except the recommended
resolution, some scaled or precessed images may appear on the screen.
However, this is characteristic of the fixed-resolution LED panel.
Leaving a fixed image on the screen for a long time may cause damage to
the screen and cause image burn-in. Make sure to use a screen saver on the
product. Burn-in and relate problems are not covered by the warranty on this
product.
Do not scratch the front and sides of these screen with metallic objects.
Otherwise, it may cause damage to the screen.
Make sure the panel faces forward and hold it with both hands to move. If
you drop the product, the damaged product can cause electric shock or fire.
Contact an authorized the service center for repair.
Avoid high temperatures and humidity.

CLEANING
Unplug the display before cleaning the face of the display screen.
Use a slightly damp (not wet) cloth. Do not use an aerosol directly on the
display screen because over-spraying may cause electrical shock.
When cleaning the product, unplug the power cord and scrub gently with a
soft cloth to prevent scratching. Do not clean with a wet cloth or spray water or
other liquids directly onto the product. An electric shock may occur. (Do not use
chemicals such as benzene, paint thinners or alcohol).
Spray water onto a soft cloth 2 to 4 times, and use it to clean the front frame;
wipe in one direction only. Too much moisture may cause staining.

CONNECT THE DISPLAY
CONNECTING WITH THE PC
1. Before setting up the monitor, ensure that the power to the monitor, the
computer system, and other attached devices is turned o.
2. Connect signal input cable (HDMI or D-Sub cable) and power adapter and
then turn on computer.
NOTE: 1. This is a simplified representation of the rear view;
2. This rear view represents a general model; Your display may dier
from the view as shown.
3. Press the power button on the right panel to turn the power on. When
monitor power turned on, the “Self Image Setting Function” is executed
automatically.
Self Image Setting Function: This function provides the user with optimal
display setting. When the user connects the monitor for the first time, this
function automatically adjusts the display to optimal setting for individual input
signals.
AUTO Function: When you encounter problems such as blurry screen, blurred
letters, screen flicker or titled screen while using the device or after changing
screen resolution, press the E function button to improve resolution.

BRIGHTNESS To adjust the brightness of the screen.

DCR Automatically judge the overall brightness of the screen
H. POSITION To move image left and right.
V. POSITION To move image up and down.
CLOCK To minimize any vertical bars or stripes visible on the screen
background. The horizontal screen size will also change.
PHASE To adjust the focus of the display, this item allows you to remove
any horizontal noise and clear or sharpen the image of characters.
IMAGE RATIO Wide: Adjust the image ratio to widescreen mode.
4:3: Adjust the image ration to 4:3 mode

Warm: Set to warm colour temperature.

H. POSITION Adjust the horizontal position of the OSD.
V. POSITION Adjust the vertical position of the OSD.
TIMEOUT Adjust OSD display time.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the following before calling for service
NO IMAGE APPEARS
Is the power cord of the
display connect?
Check and see if the power cord is connected
properly to the power outlet.
Is the power indicator
light on? Press the POWER BUTTON.
Is the power on and the
power indicator red? Adjust the brightness and the contrast.
Is the power indicator
blinking?
If the display is in power saving mode, try moving the
mouse or pressing any key on the keyboard to bing
up the screen. Try to turn on the PC.
Do you see an “OUT OF
RANGE” message on
the screen?
This message appears when this signal from the PC
(Video Card) is out of horizontal or vertical frequency
range of the display. See the “Specifications” section
of this manual and configure your display again.
Do you see a “NO
SIGNAL” message on
the screen?
This message appears when the signal cable between
your PC and our display is not connected. Check the
signal cable and try again.

DISPLAY IMAGE IS INCORRECT
Display Position is
incorrect.
Press the E button to automatically adjust your
display image to the ideal setting. If the result are
unsatisfactory, adjust the image position using the H
position and V position icon in the on screen display.
On the screen
background, vertical
bars or stripes are
visible.
Press the E button to automatically adjust your
display image to the ideal setting. If the results are
unsatisfactory, decrease the vertical bars or stripes
using the CLOCK icon in the on screen display.
DISPLAY IMAGE IS INCORRECT
Any horizontal
noise appearing
in any image or
characters are not
clearly portrayed.
Press the E button to automatically adjust your
display image to the ideal setting. If the results are
unsatisfactory, decrease the horizontal bars using the
PHASE icon in the screen display. Check Control Panel
Settings and adjust the display to the recommended
resolution or adjust the display image to the ideal
setting. Set the colour setting higher than 24 bits (true
colour).
IMPORTANT:
Check Control Panel Display Settings and see if the frequency or the
resolution were changed. If yes, readjust the video card to the recommend
resolution.
If the recommended resolution (Optimal resolution) is not selected, letters
may be blurred and the screen may be dimmed, truncated or biased. Make
sure to select the recommend resolution.
The setting method can dier by computer and O/S (Operation System),
and resolution mentioned above may not be supported by the video card
performance. In this case, please ask to the computer or the video card
manufacturer.
