Cleaning Method
Pull out the power plug,loosen the rear discharge valve, tilt the
equipment backward (at less than 45 degrees) and fully discharge the
water. Clean the inner container with neutral soapy water or a mild non-
abrasive cleaning agent, wipe with a soft cloth or absorbant towel. Finally
rinse the container several times with clean water and wipe dry.
How to choose the ice size
Ice production may vary due to outside temperature, see the chart below
to advise which ice size to choose at which temperature

Operating Instructions
1. Open the packing box to remove the ice maker. Place the machine in
an upright position on a stable surface. Open the front cover and fill
with water to the mark shown. Connect to your electrical outlet, once
connected the LCD will light up. Select the desired size of ice required
by pushing the “SELECT” button.

M=medium
L=large
The time required to produce ice will depend upon the size chosen,
crushed ice will be available almost immediately.
3. To switch on the ice maker, push the “ON/OFF”, an automated voice
will be heard. Allow a few moments for the machine to warm up before
proceeding.
4. Should the external temperature be 28°C or more, select the “HOT”
button so that the machine can adjust its program to take into account
external weather conditions.

5. The “ICE FULL” indicator lamp will glow when the ice storage box
becomes full and the machine will automatically switch off the machine
will resume working after approximately 10 minutes from the time that
the icebox is emptied.The “FULL WATER’indicator will glow when the
machine runs low on water and will automatically switch off. Refill with
water and press the “ON/OFF” button to resume operation.
6. If the machine is not operable for a long period of time, switch the
power off, unscrew the escape valve at the back of the machine and
release the water to clean the unit.
Note:
A. The best ice-making temperature is 20-25 degree under the ambient
temperature
B. The time for ice making is
Small ice : 7 mins;
Medium ice : 9 mins;
Large ice : 11 mins;
Suggestion: the extra large ice should be made when the surrounding
temperature is above 28 degree
C. Because the compressor needs to warm up initially. The ice from the
first three attempts may be smaller than the actual selection.
D. Because the compressor needs to disperse heat while the machine
is working, there will be some quantity of heat around the machine
E. In order to keep the machine in good working condition, please do
not keep the machine working for long periods of time, please stop
for an hour after 5 hours of continous working then start again.

6. Upon request from The manufacturer or its authorised service centre, the Consumer
must provide purchase receipt or other information to prove the date and place of
purchase.
7. Transportation, delivery and handling charges incurred in the transport of the Product
to and from The manufacturer or its authorised service centre will be borne by the
Consumer.
8. The Consumer shall have no coverage of benefits under this limited warrantee if any
of the following conditions are applicable:
The Product has been subject to :
a) abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or
dampness, exposure to excessive temperature or other such environmental
conditions, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised connections, unauthorised
repair including but not limited to use of unauthorised spare parts in repairs, misuse,
neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation. Acts of God, spillage of
foods or liquids, maladjustment of customer controls or other acts which are beyond
reasonable control of The manufacturer, including deficiencies in consumable parts
such as fuses and breakage or damage to antennas, unless caused directly by defects
in materials or workmanship and normal wear and tear of the Product.
b) The manufacturer was not notified by Consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction
of the Product during the applicable limited warrantee period.
c) The Product serial number or the accessory date code has been removed, defaced
or altered.
d) The defect or damage was caused by defective function of the cellular system or by
inadequate signal reception by the external antenna.
e) The Product was used with or connected to accessory not supplied by The
manufacturer, not fit for use with The manufacturer products or used other than for
its intended use.
9. If a problem develops during the limited warranty period, the Consumer should take
the following step-by-step procedure:
a) The Consumer shall return the Product to the place of purchase for repair or
replacement processing.
b) If "a" is not convenient, the Consumer may contact the local The manufacturer office
for the location of the nearest authorised service centre.
c) The Consumer shall arrange for the Product to be delivered to the authorised service
centre. Expenses related to removing the Product from an installation are not covered
under this limited warranty.
d) The Consumer will be billed for any parts or labour charges not covered by this limited
warrantee. The Consumer shall be responsible for expenses related to reinstallation
of the Product.
e) If the Product is returned to The manufacturer after the expiration of the
warrantee period, The manufacturer’s normal service policies shall
apply and the Consumer will be charged accordingly.
10. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF
THE FOREGOING WRITTEN WARRANTY. OTHERWISE, THE FOREGOING
WARRANTY IS THE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE
MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED BENEFITS OR
PROFITS, LOSS OR IMPAIRMENT OF PRIVACY OF CONVERSATIONS, WORK
STOPPAGE OR LOSS OR IMPAIRMENT OF DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OR INABLILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
11. The benefits conferred by this limited warranty are in addition to all other rights and
remedies under any applicable mandatory legislation as may be in force from
country to country.
12. The manufacturer neither assumes nor authorises any authorised service centre or
any person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability beyond that which
is expressly provided for in this limited warranty.
13. All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change
without notice.
14. The countries in which this limited warranty is in force, subject to clause 4 above
are Republic of South Africa.
