Cover your drain to prevent loss of parts. Be sure to
wear eye protection while cutting pipe.
MAINTENANCE
Your new Speakman product is designed for years
of trouble-free performance. Keep it looking new by
cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid
abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals
as these will dull the finish and void your warranty.

• Do not over-tighten any connections or damage
may occur.

Verify rough in distance of supply pipe. The
minimum distance between the center of the tub
spout and the rim of the tub should be no less
than 4".

The stub out for the 1/2" pipe should be flush to
recessed by ¼” from the finished wall. Remove
all burs and sharp edges from the stub out 1/2"
pipe. Plumber's Putty should be applied to the
threads for sealing.

Engage the threads and rotate Spout (1)
clockwise over the stub out pipe until tight and
flush to wall. Center the Spout on the wall. Make
sure to firmly tighten. Outlet port should be
pointing downward when complete.

Turn on water supplies and check for leaks.
Optional: Apply silicone where the flange meets
the wall.
