Installation
After you remove the unit from the carton, inspect the
unit for signs of damage. If there is damage:
• Notify the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
• Retain all packing materials for inspection.
• Contact the Prince Castle Service Department at
1-800-PCASTLE (Option #1) for further assistance.

Clean unit thoroughly before using. Refer to Cleaning
Instructions.

Make certain that the unit is completely dry before
filling.

Check that the correct color
dispensing wheel is
installed in the unit.
Using the wrong color
dispensing wheel will
dispense the wrong portion
of sweetener.

CAUTION

To load the
dispenser, lift the lid
on the top of the
hopper and pour the
dry sweetener (sugar
or artificial) into the
unit.
Note: Any clumps
that are present in
the sweetener
should be broken up
by pressing the
sweetener through
the grid located just
below the lid, inside
the hopper.

Operation
In order to dispense,
push the bulge at the
front of the wheel to the
right until your finger
touches the right hand
wall of the base. This
will provide an accurate
portion of either sugar
or artificial sweetener. If
you rotate the wheel
too far, part of the next
portion will dispense.
